This place doesn’t even deserve a star. If I can put none I would! Worst customer service and worst place to do any business with. We never thought something so simple can turn into such headache. To resolve this issue all we have requested from them is a full refund that rightfully belongs to us because the image and design we requested did not even come close to what we requested. We did not approve of the image design they provided to us for the business cards because it was not what we wanted. When we went in to put our order in we explained to them and gave them an example of how we wanted our cards because we have previously printed some cards else where. Our mistake was giving this company a chance. By the way we went in a couple of times to ask for a refund but they always kept telling us the same thing “ I will pass this on to my supervisor because I can’t do anything about this” and it’s been like that for months. The worst part was realizing that they are racist because we over heard a conversation that “Hector “ was having with “manager (victoria we believe is her name) “ and he had to mention to her that we were “Latinos “… they way stated was sus.
Like if we didn’t matter or like our situation didn’t matter because we were latinos.
I guess that they believe with us being Latinos that we won’t or can’t or even have the capability of fighting for our rights and for what it is right. They have to know that us “Latinos” stand united and we don’t back down from any injustice especially with lawyers in the family.

We have used this company for years and they are fantastic! Everything is always great quality and great customer service! Definitely recommend!

I’m not sure what’s going on here at 72 hr print but this was a zero star experience except for the initial discussion I had with the phone rep I spoke to. He sold me on their capability’s and then after that it was continuous disappointment. Constantly missed deadlines, promises that were never delivered, then I got the product that I paid for…but NOT what I asked for! So apparently they didn’t want to make the youth sizes that I requested or make it a rush delivery that I requested because they were already a month late. I ordered sublimated hoodies and sweat shirts both adult and youth sizes. Primary color was blue, which the shade of blue is different from the hoodies compared to the sweatshirts…. THEN there are no sizes listed on the sweatshirts.

Highly recommend. Our new company shirts and sweatshirts have a much better feel than our old ones.

We bought Christmas Light shirts for our team. Customers stop us when they see them and the team loves them.

I just recieved what was supposed to be the fixed version of my shirts and AGAIN, they sent me exactly what they sent before with misspelling! I do not recommend this company to ANYONE! I have waited for these shirts now for a couple months and they are still Wrong! A print company should learn how to spell before going into business!
I got a call from them wanting me to delete the first BAD REVIEW that I previously wrote and so I did, Now I am having to write this review to let people know that this company is completely INCOMPETENT!
They can't even get their phone system to work where you can leave a message!
I was assured by 3 people that they were going to make sure the spelling was correct before they ship the order and here it is the same exact garbage that I recieved the first time I had to send them back!
1 star review is more than I want to give this company.
I will call Monday for a full refund!

Answered the phone right away and took my order. They drive a fair deal and we’re very professional. Super excited for future business!

Had about 60shirts printed here, the prints were bad and the colors were off, we were told that they would remake the shirts, and said we can buy the bad shirts half off, followed up couple times, never got my new shirts, paid full price for bad ones. TERRIBLE

Reached out to their email. They said we will work something out, it’s been 2 months, no responses to my emails, called multiple times and was told they would get back to me and still nothing. Sooo YES that’s exactly how they do business.

Ordered From Victoria over there a 72hr. Got a waterproof hoodie, and snag proof performance long sleeves. The design came out nice and all of the gear was top quality. Def will have a repeat customer!

We use 72 Hour print exclusively for our shirts for our company. We have technicians and sales so two different designs. They are excellent quality and last us a long time. We have been using them for years and we will continue to do so because we are happy with their quality and their service.

Had a very good experience ordering from 72 hour print. The prices were amazing and shipping speed is even more incredible. I reached out to them on a weekend with a question about my order and I got an answer around noon on Sunday which is pretty awesome answering most other companies don’t answer you until the first or second day of the week.

Always a pleasure working with James and 72HRPrint! I’m glad I tried them out in 2019 when I was shopping for dye sublimation shirts and my logo design was in need of an overhaul. Hector, Jacar and the design team knocked it out of the park! Since then I’ve had them put that logo on everything from shirts, hats, magnets, decals, yard signs, post cards, business cards. They are so easy to work with and have great communication. I would highly recommend 72HRPrint for any and all marketing materials and apparel
