I have been here a couple of times, I have never had a bad experience, I've mainly gone to the service area, the service staff and technicians are very helpful and easy to interact with. The chrome store is very organized and the staff always seems to be in a good mood, also very knowledgeable.

Enjoyed the visit. Had some cool items made up in the tshirt / tag dept. The guy that helped us was talented and super cool. Loving our logo he sort of redesigned for us! I have parrots so I'm of course in love with the parrot outside.cant wait to return again. Thanks for the great service! BAMAGIRL38

Awesome truck crome store on an I 75 exit. Beautiful displays, some actual truck cabs all decked out. Drivers come here from all over the country. They sell a great variety of chrome items for trucks, cars even motorcycles. They also have clothing, t shirts hats and gloves. The property is huge and they have truck meets on a regular basis. They have benches for people to sit on out front. Handicap friendly.

Would have given 5 stars but parking is now paid and they didn't have the item I was looking for. But great staff. Knowledgeable, friendly, tried to help best they could.

I love this place! My truck just seems to steer itself here anytime I pass. Great service and friendly staff. They’re always willing to give advice and point you in the right direction. A definite “must stop “ if you’re passing by.

I am like a kid in a candy store my eyes are bigger then my wallet lol but they help any lol I sleep there when I am in fl. A must stop in and say hi and buy a T-shirt or hat

First, limited items for freightliner. Second, laundry won't let us use their big commercial washer for a large flat dog pillow. Third, cost were higher then Iowa 80 which says volumes. Fourth and most annoying, you had to get out of your truck to get a parking ticket then get out again to pay for parking.

I like alot of the stuff there. The only thing I hate there is their pricing. But great quality.

Drew from service department is professional and courteous. He made sure the wait was minimal and service is always great at the chrome shop. Great place! Has truck wash.service.store.laundry.clean showers.need I say more!

Sticker shop:
Got a sticker for my surburban and loved how it turned out! Figured I would take the drive back out that way to get one for my car this time. Got the sticker for my front windshield and half the lettering wasnt sticking to the back white paper. Looked like a bubble? Thought maybe it was a glare from the clear over lay. Turns out that, the “glare” wasn’t a glare, it was a piece of the sticker that didn’t have the sticky stuff on the back. So I only have half a sticker On my front windshield.
