Revising original 1 star review. The issue was with Greg one of the barbers. Not with Rick or his business. Rick has always been up front when it comes to his business. The 3 star is for an employee calling my husband out about 2 canceled appts both of which were due to our children spiking fevers. Both of which my husband offered to cash app the cost of haircut so his time wasn't wasted. Calling someone out in front of customers is unprofessional and childish. My husband has used this location since the day Rick opened it. And has known Greg for many years. Bad customer service is bad customer service and is an issue to be resolved by the owner and his employees not by texting the customer they "violated" for being upset about the service. Reviews has nothing to do with quality of work because Rick keeps some of the best in the shop. This is solely customer services

Very awesome funny environment to be around. Not only did my son get an amazing hair cut, I got some good laughs. They're talented in what they all do. You can tell they all take pride in what they do there too. I will be coming back from now on for my son's cuts. And before school start back up too. My son loves his haircut and made a post ASAP on his FB haha. Thanks y'all!

The place was great but while I was there another guy came in and just seemed to enjoy talking and the guy tending to him was very rude and mean because he kept moving around. The guy apologized and was being very nice but the guy was so mean to him. I wanted to leave right then, I can't deal with mean ppl, I'LL NEVER GO BACK AND RECOMMEND AGAINST THEM BECAUSE OF THIS AT EVERY OPPORTUNITY

Jess was amazing. Our lil guy has a hard time sitting still and jess did great with him. His hair look sharp

Honestly the best barbershop in Florida, I've been a client over 10yrs.your services is well appreciated?

My barber was booked for the day so I decided to try this place out. I was a walk in. I sat in the lobby for 45 mins not one single person acknowledged I was in there or asked if I had an appointment. Not even a hello. I was the only white person in the shop. So they had to have seen me. If your a walk in or white you should just choose another barbershop. Unless you enjoy being ignored and overlooked. I will just continue going to sixth element in Brandon. Much more professional.

It is always a pleasant experience for mu son to receive his haircut from the owner Mr. Rick or any of the other qualified barbers. It is always clean and friendly environment. Always a positive experience when we visit them. I definitely recommend this barber shop.

Calvin is the new guy in the shop, but I must say he did an excellent job! Very attentive, pays attention to detail, and is not afraid to ask for advice when it comes to the finishing touches from his seasoned co-workers! Got a cut and a full shave, and I look amazing! I have brought people in for cuts great barbers great work and they all funny also.always a good time

I had just gotten off work and I have mild autism and severe anxiety and didn’t make an appointment beforehand; so I was extremely nervous. Despite my anxiety making me feel unwanted and unable to explain to the barber exactly what I wanted (due to mild autism I am not the best at describing things nor am I usually able to handle haircuts. I am 19 but it was only my second time getting a haircut without a parent or sibling as usually I am unable to speak clearly enough to explain what I want plus I have extremely sensitive skin so haircuts are doubly hard for me) however the man who cut my hair (I can’t remember his name, started with a G I think) was really nice. Despite me not explaining very well he took his time and was super gentle without me even explaining my autism and sensitivity. I don’t think I ever had a haircut so smooth and without my horrible cowlicks appearing either. He also gave me advice for my beard as I am currently planning on growing it for about a year.

Fresh and clean cuts top of the line great service I would recommend to anyone and everyone, myself and 3 year old grandson received best care.
