15Services horrible serve and tip includes but no where I saw in the menu it said only says what you food you waste will be weighted before billed kept trying pour more water in the pot when we didn't ask her wasn't friendly either only with other Asians mind it was only 2 of us at the table I would understand if it was 5 or more tip included she even turn off grill when we weren't done with it plus we raw meats on the table bus boy did more taking our plates then she did she was more trying if would leave food behind then services we had to ask her to change the grill paper
The staff is friendly. The customer service is great. However, I recommend restaurant to provide more vegetarian friendly food and sauces without garlic and onion. Also, vegetarian food should be separated from meat, each serving tray should have a scoop.
Place was really good for the price and setting - nice how they allow for both hot pot and kbbq not many places offer both options. Service was super quick and workers were accommodating, would definitely recommend.
This is a must try experience
Great food.
The BBQ was delicious, especially the short ribs.
If you have not had kimchi, you are for a treat.
Will definitely come back when in town.
Bad hot pot experience in Orlando. The broth was not as expected and with limited food options. The only server there was so slow, our pot was almost dried up before he came in to add more broth. And it’s expensive in general compare with other hot pot place. Would choose other hot pot places in future.
Overall, this was not enjoyable. The meats tasted off, they were not good cuts.
The vegetables were fine, but I didn't enjoy my experience with the rest of the meat and food options.
Service was great however, and very helpful.
There are better Hot Pot and Korean BBQ options in this area of Orlando, and I suggest you go to one of those instead.
Horrible customer service. The food was bad and extremely overpriced. Staff was rude and inattentive. I suggest spending your money elsewhere.
Horrible customer service, asked for water over 5 times, all you get is a cup a noodle soup & raw food that is not even sanitary to eat. Also came with my family of 3 and was forced to pay 18% service fee for poor service. Do not recommend at all! To clarify we were 2 adults and 1 kid as we were sat in one separate table. The other adult did not eat as the food was horrible, service horrible and over all experience horrible experience. No water, asked for rice for my son 10 times until I had to beg.
Terrible customer service, $35 for terrible food and tip is mandatory. I recommend looking for a better place.
We where a party of 2 adults and 1 child. How about the terrible service I paid 18% tip for?
This is a really good Hot Pot & BBQ! There is plenty of different meats and vegetables to choose from! A lot of noodle choices too! I was surprised to see snow crab legs on the menu! Everything tasted good! The atmosphere was really cool. Great visuals projected on the floors and walls!
The atmosphere was really nice with good music and overall vibes. Our server was also really nice and gave us what we need timely
Had a late dinner here the other night. Very average hot pot. There was a good amount of food to choose from, but nothing overly exciting. The broth was spicy but mediocre in flavor. Plenty of sauces to add to your hot pot or to dip your meats and dumplings in. They have a nice virtual wall and floor that have all types of moving fish which I thought was pretty cool.
I was here on a Tuesday Night after a long fun but exhausting day @DisneyWorld the place was quiet Staff was Very Friendly and the ambiance was cool with the whole wall that has animation from projectors. But the Server She was the best because my little family can get complicated. But on to the food We go! What a big selection from varies of cuts of Beef n pork to seafood such as oysters clams n crab legs! The hot pot have different flavors u can choose from 1 each per person I had the Spicy Soup n it was just that Spicy. We also did the BBQ u can make your own dipping sauce. Overall 10 out of 10 I give this place a strong 8 perhaps 9 I eat out at a lot of places n this hit the spot. The only thing wrong was I didn’t have a big enough appetite lol so make sure u go there HUNGRY!
This place is nice but the layout of the table is not very conducive for what it is. Also, it’s way too hot inside the restaurant on top of the heat from the pots.
We had a nice time, but was pretty pricey. You really have to eat quite a lot to get your moneys worth. Many items weren’t labeled, so you need to be a bit adventurous to get the most out of this place. The server was friendly, but didn’t provide any sort of overview of the process, even though none of us had been there before. There are a huge number of projectors all over the place, which makes for a very interesting decor with moving images and videos everywhere.
