I texted Tony at 2pm on a Sunday for help on a virus locking down my computer. He walked me through it on the phone in less than 5 min and didn't even charge me. Wow now that's customer service. I'll definitely remember this guy the next time I need computer help. Eric Schweitzer.

I appreciate Tony's knowledge and speed. I had to have an operating system installed with office. Not only did it the same day, he added protection to my computer. Glad I found him.

Tony was great he always doubled checked with me before he did anything super important like resetting my computer. All I had to do was give him a password and I could sit back and relax. 11/10 in my opinion and he gave me a great price

Anthony offers wonderful customer service & reasonable prices. He responded quickly & frequently, kept me informed on the progress & shipment of parts, picked up & dropped off my laptop & turned around my tune up / ram increase in under a day. My laptop is no longer slow & laggy! Highly recommend!

I was thoroughly impressed with the repair services provided by this company. They worked incredibly fast, taking care of the issue in a timely manner, and the cost was much lower than I expected. I also appreciated that they were able to deliver the computer back to me earlier than anticipated. Overall, I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of computer repair. Anthony (Tony) provides a much needed service, at a reasonable price and with the expertise you can rely on. Tony provides a great service and will actually come to your home to work on your PC for no extra charge. I hired Tony on Saturday to come and work on a pc rebuild. The job was expected to only take an hour or two however due to a faulty motherboard on my part, the job ended up taking six hours. I was overly appreciative for him staying and completing the job. His approach is to do things the 'right' way and not take any short cuts. Not to mention, he did not charge me any extra to complete the job and I knew what price I was paying before he even stepped in the door. Ive had horrible experience in the past with other shops to the point he essentially almost destroyed my $2500 computer. Well with Tony, you can rest easy and know that he will (and has done many times) do the job right. The best part about this whole experience and the reason I am writing this review is because the customer service he provides before, and even after the job is complete. It is 4 days later and Tony and I text back and forth and he continues to happily answer all of my questions. It really was a positive experience for me and I can't thank Tony enough for the hard work.
If you want a positive, reliable experience, 911 Computer Repair is definitely the place to go.

PS.if you are price shopping, do yourself the favor and spend the extra $10-20 and go to this shop. I hear horror stories all the time about bad techs and I had a terrible experience myself. Save yourself the headache.

Tony was great, I had problems with my games, and they would crash every time I try to run them, but thx to Tony now I can play everything. He made sure everything was running smoothly and for that Im really thankful. 10/10 would recomend
