I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Gilbert (James Gilbert). From the first moment I spoke with him on the phone, he was on it. Excellent communication skills are hard to come by now, it seems, but Mr. Gilbert showed these skills like I haven’t seen in a while. He would reply immediately, even after hours, constantly updated me, keeping me in the loop, and relentlessly focused on getting me a great rate. I’m genuinely impressed with the level of service that he provided; I can honestly say that this transaction has been one of the best, if not THE best, business transaction I’ve ever had because of the level of customer service that was provided! To my opinion, these people provide a world class service and attention to ordinary people and businesses like mine. The kind of service that is almost extinct. Very surprised, didn't expect it. I am an owner operator with only one truck. Just for example, when I began in 2021 and was looking for my first insurance, the company I was leased on recommended their broker somewhere in Illinois. I called this guy. In response there were absolutely no interest in his voice, he asked for some basic info and promised to call the next Monday. Later, I emailed him some additional docs I thought important for my case. I received some rude answer something like "Don't bother me with this. I did not ask for it. " Never heard from him again. This type of disgusting attitude, sloppiness and negligence I experienced a few times more after that with other agents all over the country. This company 925 Partners did everything like it supposed to be done. I did not begged them for call backs or timely emails. Special thanks to James Gilbert who took care of my case.
