Takes a month+ to get an appointment. They rescheduled my wife's appointment time to earlier in the day and forgot to tell her so she missed the appointment and has to wait another month. One of the worst military clinics I've been too.

Quite possibly the worst medical care the military has to offer. In my 10 years of active service I have never encountered such horrible, lazy, and incompetence in medical personnel.

Many of the providers are great. Some of the front desk staff in various clinics need to be retrained in customer service and the pharmacy is severely broken!

I get a referral from the VA and was seen in Pain Management clinic over the past few months, but they were unable to help with my issue. They kept sending out a referral via TRICARE and not the VA. Now, I cannot get any pain medication bc they wont write an RX for something they have delayed my care with. They basically said "shut up and color"

God forbid they tell you to go grab a precription from their in-house pharmacy. If they do, just so you know you will never be getting your medications. This entire place is worthless, calling them "healthcare professionals" is an insult to every actual healthcare professional there has ever been. You can't get ahold of anyone on the phone without waiting at least 2-3 hours, the ticket system at the pharmacy is broken and its a 50/50 if they'll ever even call your ticket. IF you're lucky and they do call your ticket, it will be literally 4 hours later. The doctors are the only reason I'm giving this 1 star. Once you get an appointment (which usually isnt too bad) and have a sit down with the doctors, they do show concern for your problems and do attempt to treat them. Everything after that if absolute bogus, a literal insult to my existence. I'd rather drive to California just to pick up prescriptions grade Tylenol and drive all the way back rather than even have to look the pharmicists in the face. If any of them ever actually read this, I want y'all to know that your paychecks are a waste of taxpayer dollars and if it were my call, I would discharge every single one of you for denying hard working people the appropriate medical care.

The medical facility doesn’t care about the patient only cares about numbers and how many people they get so they can receive money. If I can rate this medics center zero I would. This place is backed up that when I try making an appointment I cannot see my PCM for at least a month too 2 months. If you can avoid this place at all cost… update received a call from a nurse who stated I need to see them before I go see a specialist but won’t be able to see my for 2 weeks then stated go to urgent care or emergency room which I did twice and I still no help

Never even returned test results, they just expired, still extremely sick.
