9Rounds is the best kick boxing gym. Tommy the trainer is amazing. I have trained in several gyms but nothing like this one. Besides being fun it’s a great workout.

Don’t want to spend an eternity in the gym (sorry gym rats) ? Then 9 rounds is the place to go. You get a full body workout while learning how to box with a personal trainer. Only for 30 minutes! Perfect for someone who has a busy schedule. Tomy is a superb trainer; very informative and patient.

Love this place! Great environment and amazing coaches. There’s a little of everything from cardio, weights, kickboxing… and I have to admit sometimes with work I can’t go as often as I’d like, but they are caring enough to check on me and give me a friendly boost. I’ve been a member of 9 Round Hallandale for a year, and I moved to 9 Round Aventura when that location closed. The whole 9 Round concept is great, I have a busy schedule so the 35 minute workout concept works great for me. This location is superb. Tommy does a great job as a trainer, conveying enthusiasm, and cheering you up when you feel exhausted. He’s all the time with a smile and good attitude. He follows up by text message when you are not showing up, and he’s asking how you feel and if you’re happy with the training. Koodos to him and the whole 9 Rounds Aventura team!

I visited for the holiday season from NY! The trainer was awesome and focused on form as well as adjusting to meet my pace. She pushed me to max out at the same time. The facilities are clean and spacious. The exercises were diverse and challenging. I’m looking forward to coming back when I’m in town! Worth it!

Love this place. You get your heart going, 30 minutes you're done, and you feel great. Not only do you get your cardio in, but learn some boxing techniques which makes the whole thing that much more fun.

Really love it here. They keep you motivated and engaged. Paula is my girl! She has made my experience so great. She is patient, kind, energetic, but yet firm. One of the best decisions I made all year!
