9th Avenue and Lansing Drive Apartments, Pensacola FL

Horrible! These people never answer their phone it’s clear they aren’t trying to lease any one new! Ridiculous

Josie the manager is extremely nice and good at her job. The apartments are decent and well priced. There's definitely cosmetic issues, BUT you get what you pay for (not everywhere can have granite and luxury updates) and they've done well with things such as flooring. My AC went out and they replaced it extremely quickly. Overall these apartments are great enough for me to re-sign! Master closet is massive, which is a huge plus for me and they allow pets.

I was very happy with our apartment during our lease. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Management was always available by phone or email to address any concerns. Maintence issues followed up on in a timely matter. I felt like a valued tenet, and would recommend anyone needing an apartment to give Ninth Avenue Apartments chance. I was especially happy with the square footage for the price.

I have lived at 9th Avenue Apartments Lansing for 6 years. I absolutely love my apartment. My most favorite thing is the tile floors. I have really bad asthma and allergies so having the tile is wonderful. My Landlord/ Leasing Manager Ms. Josie is one of the best we have ever had. She always responds quickly to maintenance request and she is really a very nice person keep up the excellent work Ms. Josie I really appreciate all that you do thanks so much for making 9th Avenue Lansing a great place to live.

For the price it was a great place to stay, if you don't mind a few maintenance issues here & there. Very quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, and the manager Josie was wonderful (Always working hard). Overall a great place to live for a while.

The apartment are older, but the good part of that is the bedrooms are larger than the more modern apartments. I have a two bedroom apartment and have king size beds in each room with plenty of extra space. The rent is reasonable and the manager of the complex is very attentive to the care of the complex. Any maintenance issue are address quickly. I don't think you can go wrong living here!

Nice size apartments for reasonable price BUT way too many maintaince issues for me personally. I surely will not be renewing my lease with these folks. All around very little professionalism! Half ass lawn care workers, maintance workers come and go (I can see why) & management has only so much she can do. So yeah you might want to shop around a bit more before leasung with 9th Ave Apartments.

We have lived at Lansing Drive Apartments owned by 9th Ave Apartments for almost 3 years. They have no care or concern for their renters. They do not keep up their end of the lease when it comes to maintenance and emergency situations (such as our water heater busting and our apartment flooding. Took 3 days to even get in touch with anyone. Also the roof in the master bedroom was sagging and about to fall through into the room, TWO WEEKS before anyone came out.) At this point I am even unsure why we are paying rent. The apartment itself is beautiful but THIS COMPANY AND MANAGEMENT IS THE WORST AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND RENTING FROM THE GREAT SCAMMERS.
