Our trip was limited due to some developing weather, but James did a superb job made a great call that my wife truly appreciated. Their equipment is top notch and well maintained. We will back for a more weather friendly day. Just a note they are located just left (west) of Capt. Pip’s/Starbucks.

We got scammed. We booked a pontoon and when we went to check-in there was no such place. It was a general store and they had no idea what we were talking about. No one answers the phone. Confusing because there’s a lot of reviews and pictures. Wakezone is not located at 3 N. Conch Avenue, Marathon FL

We had scheduled the sunset jetski tour for Christmas Eve. Unfortunately our flights we canceled and we could not make the trip. I called and emailed Wakezone December 20th to cancel, well within their 48hour cancellation policy. They replied on December 21st that they would issue a full refund. It's been 7 days and I have still received nothing stating that refund has been processed. I've called multiple times, was spoken extremely rude to, told that they couldn't just drop everything for me. They had no problem charging me in full up front for a service I never received and was forced to cancel well within their policy. Extremely unprofessional!

We did the new hour jet ski tour. Was surprised how fast the machines go (45 mph!) but it was fun. Guide offered to take our picture a few times which was nice. Wouldn’t necessarily call it a tour as we didn’t stop to hear or learn anything, but for an hour to go 26 miles around the key can’t complain!
