Went on a Sunday with my friends. There were atleast 8 or 10 of us and it was my first time and I'm not familiar with Vietnamese food at all. I was confused with how the pho bo (the one I ordered) is served and the server was very rude. I changed the rare beef to cooked beef, asked him nicely and he responded with, "So you wanted the rare beef and now you wanted the cooked beef? ", with annoyance showing on his face. I had to tell him I sorry for being confused as I was not familiar with their food and he kept giving rude responses that me and my friends did not really like. Very bad customer service and me and my friends won't ever go back. Food is also bland and grilled beef was tough.

A gem. Pho clarity and taste exceeds international standards. Clear and savory. Owner very personable and nice to chat with. Can't wait to be back in town and take my parents there again for a truly home cooked dinner.

Small mom&pop restaurant. Not fancy. Delicious authentic food which my family thoroughly enjoyed. Would definitely return.

Haven't found a better bowl of Pho Ga yet. They should bottle the broth and I'd drink it daily.

Vietnamese Comfort food!
If you ever wondered what authentic dishes a household eats in Vietnam, you want to come here. As the reviews noted the Pho is really incredible. It's homemade, and fills your soul!
The Vietnamese Ravioli (Banh cuon) is very hard to find. Even harder to find one made from scratch. It is heavenly here. Ravioli is made with rice wrap and seasoned pork and shrimp.
The Vietnamese Crepe (Banh Xeo) was also made from scratch.
Top of my list for Vietnamese food in Jacksonville

I’ve been coming here for years! The food is always on point and the owner is so nice! He’s always willing to explain each dish and tries to be as accommodating as possible.

Best veggie pho ever. Family run business. Cozy atmosphere and above and beyond service. I’ve tried many pho places and A Bit of Saigon just takes the cake. 11/10

My friend and I were in town for business and decided to try this place out and glad we did. I am into the hole in the wall places and this fit the bill, it is in a little strip mall with basic decorations and no frills atmosphere. The waiter wasn't and overly friendly gent but he answered all of our questions and even showed a little sense of humor when my appetizer came out. I got the crepe as an appetizer and when it came out I was shocked how big it was. The flavors all matched so well and the fresh Thai basil that came with added such a fresh touch. For my main course I ordered the Grilled beef spare ribs.the marinade wasn't overly strong but the grill char added that little extra that made the flavors pop. My friend got the Charbroiled pork shoulder and he really enjoyed that as well. I thought the prices were less than other Asian places that I have been to. We will definitely be back.

I had dinner here on a whim to introduce my friend to pho. I had never been here before but based off of the reviews decided to take a chance. I was very impressed with the entire experience. This is a relaxed atmosphere with absolutely delicious food! The restaurant was clean and the gentleman who greeted us/ brought our food was polite, kind, funny, and answered all of our questions. I brought my husband back a whole meal of the beef pho and he enjoyed it as well! Will I be back? YES.

First time there and was impressed with the food. I ordered the beef pho it was excellent. The broth was flavorful with a generous portion of beef and noodles. I added the Thai basil and bean sprouts provided on the side and the enhancement was really wonderful. I will definitely be there again soon to try other menu items.

Came here with a friend last week, when I was quite hungover. I'd never had Pho before, but she is obsessed with it. The vegetarian pho was probably the most delicious thing I've had had in my life, and I've just ordered it again. Just incredible, especially with some fresh lime and Thai basil.

Clean restaurant and nice service. The food was fresh, unfortunately the broth was very lacking in flavor. They clearly did not use enough (or possibly any) beef bones in the soup. There also was a lack of any discernable herb and spice to it. There's no way they had any anise nor cinnamon in there. A bit of Saigon needs to add a lot more Saigon.

I grew up eating the best Vietnamese food and this is up there with it! The duck soup is just like my mom would make! It's sooooo good. You have to try it!

Summary: it's good, but nothing to special.

First time visiting, I got three beef spare ribs. Seasoning was good. About what you'd expect from a marinade. Cooked over flame. Kinda expensive for the amount. Wife got beef pho. She said it was normal too. As others said before, the guy waiter didn't seem friendly, but it's fine.

If there was something here, like, they made their own bone broth in house. It's not advertised anywhere.
