A Budget Tree Service, Inc, Winter Springs FL

I’m furious at this company. It took six weeks to schedule the tree removal. Their three trucks finally came on November 15, but they brought the wrong crane — so they left without doing the work or even telling me they were leaving. I called the office; Dale the owner came out the same day to troubleshoot. He said that I’d “gotten a bargain on the estimate” but he’d get right back to me to reschedule. I heard nothing back for three weeks even though I called five times. Finally, they called “to discuss options. ” Huh? I think they bid too low and didn’t want to do the work. Anyway, I got someone else to remove the tree.

Mike was great in explaining current issues with the tree. He pointed out possible failure locations along with a couple of areas where there was mistletoe.
Mike was to send a written quote but I failed to ask if it was going to be an email or in the regular mail service.

I live in Hacienda Village, and today, three gentleman (Q, Marquis and {? }) came and trimmed all of the trees back in my little cul-de-sac and they really trimmed it back. Wow. I will definitely use them again and again. They always go above and beyond. I like how they get the blower out and even clean up the little stuff that’s left behind from tree trimming. Thank you budget trees and thank you gentlemen!

Budget Tree is one of those companies that is great to have as a neighbor. They were very responsive by phone and email. Carolyn was very attentive, I did not need to re-explain my situation every time I called. They did not nickel-and-dime me and in the end my job has been resolved very promptly. Will do business with them again, 10/10 would recommend.

Had an appointment to come look at trees for a free quote and no one showed up. No phone call, communication, etc. Probably wait on the trees then and contact another company more than likely.

Every time I have used A Budget Tree Service, they have responded quickly and the work is always professional. They clean up so well, they leave no trace they were at your location trimming trees, but you will notice your yard looks better one your arrive home from work. They always quote me an equal or better price than other companies, as well. I would definitely recommend.

On a Saturday afternoon got into trouble when attempting to down a 12" diameter 40ft high pine tree 15ft from my house.

I ran a line (with a come-along attached) from a cedar tree across the yard to the pine and tensioned it as a precaution and also braced it with an extension ladder. After spending a while studying the pine tree to figure out where its weight was distributed I made my notch cut. After another lengthy look at the tree I made my back cut.

All did not go well. The pine tree began to lean slightly TOWARD THE HOUSE! I drove a wedge into the back cut and came into the house to look online for a tree service that showed emergency service. My thought was they could at least add another line or two to help fell the tree away from the house.

*** A BUDGET TREE SERVICE was the first to answer the phone. They requested pictures which I sent. I was told they could have someone at my location in 30 minutes. ***

I went back in the house to get some water and while I was drinking it a strong gust came from the east and helped the tree go down in the exact place I had intended. What a great piece of luck. I was able to cancel the emergency call.

I want to emphasize that the folks at A BUDGET TREE SERVICE were great communicators and made me feel like they had my back the whole time. I have more old trees in the yard that will eventually need to come down. For the ones that are too much for me to handle I'll call A BUDGET TREE SERVICE.

We went out of our way to buy product for this business because they broke a window. They hired someone to do the window and they installed the wrong hardware. So they called and we got the hardware for them. We call their customer that we are trying to help. Right away the customer is nasty going off saying she’s not the one who’s paying for anything, to call budget tree. She proceeds to call them and complain about us! It’s not our job to communicate through 2 different parties! We don’t go out of our way to help people who are nasty.
