This family run business is the best. AC DOCTORS came out and did warranty work on a york system that they didnt install and honored the parts and labor warranty. To make things better the previous installer of the system did a horrible job and Ac drs came back and fixed the previous contractors work.thank u so much again guys i will recomend you to everyone

The office staff is rude and unprofessional.

As a follow up: I don't agree with your response and will leave it at that. The rating was regarding the office staff and not the technician that assisted us at our home. Hopefully she will be more professional with other clients in the future.

A/C Doctors are amazing! Two weeks ago our AC started to act up intermittently. I called the company that originally installed our unit in 9/2020. They came out, diagnosed the problem and said they would be back on Monday to fix. I was ok with that. Monday came and no call, no show, no communication until Wednesday afternoon. They came back and told me the part was on back order and they didn’t know when they would get the part in. Over the weekend the AC died and the AC company doesn’t do after hours or weekend calls so we were out of luck. My sister suggest we call AC doctors since she had a York and they installed hers a year ago. I called them on Monday morning, they came that afternoon, diagnosed the problem and fixed it today. Thank you AC doctors for saving my marriage and my AC!

Not only were they professional and knowledgeable, but they didn't try to oversell me on products or services that weren't needed. As a single mom, who doesn't know anything about a/c units, I can't thank them enough for that. I won't use anyone else in the future, and highly recommend them.

I have been using this company for over three years every six months for maintenance. I am very pleased with their work. Most recently I had a warranty issue and was without air for the weekend. David Jr.came out that Monday and assessed the problem and actually put in some freon so I could at least have some air until the coil part came in. Rachel the office manager worked her magic and was able to get me the two warranty pieces in asap and by Wednesday morning David was at my house repairing the situation. David took his time to explain everything he had done and make sure I was happy. I also have a home in Miami that also had broken down; and while this company doesn't come to Miami; David said to text them with any questions I had. I texted Rachel when I got back and she so graciously answered all my questions; and also informed me of questions I should ask of the companies here in Miami. I sure wish we had a professional, trustworthy and honest company like this in Miami. This company is the real deal. This is a family business and they do treat you as if you are part of their family.
