After my grandmother passed, I tried searching different funeral homes. I called here first for some information on transporting my grandmother to Dominican Republic for burial there. I spoke with Naoly and she was sooo informative and stated they would do all the paperwork. I continued to call other places because I had never dealt with a death personally and was my first time having to make arrangements. The other places I called were not as informative and told me I’d have to submit documents myself to get her to Dominican Republic. I wouldn’t know how to do that and having just lost my grandmother it was not something I was mentally and emotionally up to trying to do on my own. When I called back I spoke with Laura and she further assured my decision to stick with them. When we sent the permission for my grandmother to be transported to their funeral home, they made sure to call us and let us know. My grandmother was talked about in conversation by name and not “the body” and I don’t know but it made me feel more comfortable knowing she was in their hands. We brought my grandfather who has dementia with us for the meeting to sign paperwork and while my mother signed paperwork he was so sad and Laura distracted him by asking him questions like how he met my grandmother and he became so talkative and was so happy. We really appreciated that moment. Everything and I mean everything was handled so well. We were able to see her before she was flown to the Dominican Republic and the way they did her makeup was amazing. She never wore makeup and she looked so natural and really looked like she was just sleeping. Naoly called after the burial as a checkup to ask how everything went which was really nice. They almost felt like family and I would recommend them to anybody! Again thank you guys so much for helping us with everything.

The place was amazing helping us with an unexpected death of my Son who was killed in a Hit & Run accident from the beginning to the end. Lisa was patient, caring, helpful & professional during our time of need to help us arrange the pick up, viewing, church & cemetery. We had no knowledge of anything where to begin nor the process of getting started. She explained the entire process of the funeral arrangement calmly, Lisa also coordinated with our church & the cemetery. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts

Held my mothers viewing services here and everything was wonderful Staff very nice They did a great job meeting all expectations. Definitely will recommend if you are looking for a nice establishment to send you love one off the right way

This place was recommended to me by a friend and I am very grateful to her. This place was perfect for my mother, I loved the work Sara did for my mother. It was such great work that my mother looked so good and in such peace. This is the place I myself want in the case of my future passing. That's how impressed I was with this funeral home.
