A Dichristopher Appliance Service, Tampa FL

Came by to look at 2006 dryer. Couldn't fix immediately bc had to order a part, but was done within a week. Also picked up when I called after zero response from 2 other appliance repair businesses.

I have never used an appliance repair company, all I can say is this company is top notch. I had a problem with my freezer not making ice and water not dispensing and Don quickly diagnosed the problem, did an amazing job and done for a very fair price these are my go to from now on.great customer service highly recommend

I advised the wife who took my call that my refrigerator was a 2003 model. She set up an appointment for her husband to come out.
I am severely disabled and need sufficient rest to function. He called me at 7: 45am (which I had not agreed to) to see if it would be ok to come out later. When he came, he REFUSED to wear a mask to protect me against COVID! The visit was terminated Unless you are a die hard Republican, void of any reasoning, do not use this company.

A Dichrisopher Appliance Service and Repair was the 3rd appliance company we called. The other 2 did not answer. I spoke to Alison and she was able to get a tech out the next morning. My fridge was fixed in 20 minutes and my bill was 1/2 of what I thought. Needless to say, I'm happy. We live in northern Tampa

Hands down my favorite appliance repair specialist. A Dichristopher Appliance Service near 33606 helped me get my washer working again. In the past, I have had very bad experiences with this line of work. Seemed to be a bad drum. Glad Alison was able to diagnose over the phone and Anthony was able to fix it quickly. Used Dichristopher a few months ago in my home for refrigerator repair. Was quite satisfied so when the refrigerator at my rental property was in need of preventive maintenance I thought of Dichristopher right away. When I called, the lady who answered the phone could not/would not give me an appointment eventhough I was giving her a week notice. She stated they can't make appointments that far out because she doesn't know where the truck will be. I told her I needed to give my tenants proper notice of service and felt a week was proper. She then asked for the tenants phone number but I was not comfortable giving that information and told her she could confirm with me and I would notify the tenant. She proceeded on to say that if she had a crystal ball she would win the lottery, she doesn't know where the truck will be that day and she doesn't have schedule made up that far in advance and if she did have a crystal ball she wouldn't have to talk to people like me and told me to find someone else and then she hung up on me. I do not feel I was rude to her, only asking for an appointment. I will NOT be calling Dichristopher Appliance Services in the future.

ADichristopher Appliance Service handled my washer with ease. The drum was messed up and Allison was able to help me over the phone. I appreciate their honesty about replacing my washer. I called them back to handle everything. I live in South Tampa. We hired them because they were a local appliance repair near me and they are family-owned. Thanks!

We hired A Dichristopher Appliance Repair here in Tampa and we are satisfied with their work. They serviced my broken (and loud humming) fridge. Don came out pretty early after I called them the night before. Seemed very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I'd hire this appliance service company again.

Anthony came out and was able to diagnose & repair my Maytag washing machine within 1 hour! Showed up on time, professional demeanor, and didn’t waste any time. Turns out the lock was broken. He already had a “new factory” replacement part in the truck. For labor, parts & taxes- $250 and my washing machine is like new again… lucky for my spouse because I was about to buy a whole new washer/dryer set for $2,000… haha. Would definitely recommend this company!

My washing machine flooded my upstairs and ruined my kitchen ceiling. Instead of coming over here and taking my money, they told me to call LG and see what they will do first. Just earned my business anytime I need an appliance repair. Thank you for your professionalism!
