Hatcher handled the arrangements for both of my parents. They were professional, responsive and reliable and saw to it that our parents' remains were delivered to the National Cemetery in Jacksonville. At a really challenging time Hatcher made sure all my parents arrangements were followed and all the legal requirements were met. I am my parents made their arrangements in advance with Hatcher.

I have used Hatcher Cremations on three occasions. They have been very thoughtful, respectful and efficient. I highly recommend their services.

Dealing with the loss of my husband was surreal. The numbness made it difficult to make decisions. The staff at Hatcher made it very simple by being open, direct and compassionate without stirring up more emotions during a time when all emotions where riding high.

Hatcher’s personell were very professional and understanding of my family’s wishes and needs.
They made a difficult and sad time easier to navigate because of their care. All requests were fulfilled in a timely manner.
We also appreciated the posting of our mother’s obituary on the Hatcher website.

Let’s be honest, there are businesses we would rather not patronize, and there are services we would rather never have to receive. But, given a choice, and should the need ever arise, I would not hesitate to work with Hatcher Cremations in the future.

They were compassionate, caring and very easy to work with. There were no hidden fees or attempts to sell other services that we didn't need and the price was very reasonable. I have been using Hatcher Cremations since I lost my sister 17 years ago. They are the sweetest most compassionate people I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. This year alone I have lost 3 family members in 6 months and they helped me every single time I came to them. If you need help working through something like this. They are definitely the place to go. I'm even setting up my own funeral arrangements through them. That way my family won't go through what I I went through. I will use them till the end.

Absolutely AMAZING service by this company. I live in Wisconsin and my father had passed away in Jacksonville. It was a seamless process to have him cremated and shipped home to me. On top of their customer service being beyond incredible, the price was affordable as well.

They provide a no-pressure, affordable means to bury a loved one. It was simple: I met with them for 20 min, told Keith what I wanted, and 7-10 days later, it was done. They notified Social Security, provided the cremation certification, and ordered and delivered the requested number of death certificates. They are good!

Keith was very kind and explained everything I need to know about the cremation of my husband. He also help me with the information for a military funeral. Very pleased to use Hatcher cremations.
