A Family Veterinarian reviews
11I had a great experience everybody was so nice and answered all my questions Daisy Mae and I I'm very grateful we found you thank you for everything
Everyone was very helpful and professional. Would recommend A Family Veterinarian to Everyone
Love our Vet! Weekend hours, they're quick, efficient, great with our animals, and it doesn't break the bank!
No nonsense frills with this clinic but staff is caring doctor is amazing at trying to ensure you understand everything going on with your pet and the price is alot better than most vets around highly recommend
Our first visit was a little longer than expected during due to an emergency with another patient, which is understandable. The doctor seemed to be thorough, but because pof the Covid, we couldn’t go into the office with our pets.
All that being said the doctor came outside and informed us of the health status of our pets.
Everyone was kind and as efficient as you can honestly expect under the pandemic restrictions.
We found them to be reasonably priced compared to our previous vet. I’d recommend them to my friends.
Saw my best friend Toby (13 y.o. Chihuahua 7lb) did there best to help him and told me he was dieing. He was referred to U. F.pet emergency hospital. They said a bacteria was attacking his kidneys and he was in total kidney renal failure. I had to say goodbye last Saturday evening. Everyone was so kind to me. Thank you all.
This new office staff does not return calls. This has been going on about a year. The first 4 years we were here, same staff amazing people. I sure wish Dr. Ed knew how his new staff treated his patients.
We absolutely LOVE Dr. Ed. Within this last year the whole office staff has changed. They do not return phone calls, and could care less about your pet. This new staff is horrific, but you can't talk to Dr. Ed about it. Very disheartening.
Very good care! Everyone very informative! Dr.called and discussed my situation. Everyone professional and compassionate!
Took our ill boxer mix to this facility and he passed from his illness. Vet was informative and spent time explaining what he felt did not kill our pet. My issue was the total lack of communication at the time of checkout what exactly a "communal cremation" met. I was advised by office staff that we would be contacted once the cremated remains of our furbaby were brought to the office so we could pick them up. After 3 weeks and 2 phones calls, i was advised TODAY 12/10/2020 that there were no remains to be picked up due to the fact we paid for a "communal cremation". If this VERY IMPORTANT little tidbit had been made known to me at the time I paid the bill for our pet's treatment I would have inquired about other options. As it is, we have empty hearts and no way to place Sammy with the other members of his pack that have passed before him. COMMUNICATION, COMMUNICATION, COMMUNICATION
