OMG! I had a lovely conversation with a young woman there by the name of Michelle. She helped me more than you could imagine. Everyone there is like family. They are friendly and welcoming. They have a warm work environment and they listen to you. Michelle even came in after hours to show me a car. I give her and the company 5 stars because that's all I'm allowed to give. The customer service experience here was the worst I'd ever experienced on a car lot. The only thing that saved me from their racist staff that discriminated against me was the fact I wore a body cam during my interaction with them. I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE the staff was that rude and disrespectful after I paid cash for a 2014 nissan frontier. They gave me trouble and an extremely hard time about getting my truck license plate and repairs that needed to be fixed. Check engine light came on the next day after I left the lot. Would never recommend this business to anyone. Extremely unprofessional overall.
