My visits are usually once or twice a year but I'm always greeted warmly. Service is timely and reliable. Great knowledge and expertise. Prices are reasonable.

The owner, Harry, was polite and super fast. Barely charged me anything for a battery replacement and spend additional time telling me how to take care of the watch based on brand and type. Really likable guy. I'll come back for any watch needs.

Kept my watch for 6 months, then told me he couldn't fix it! It took you 6 months to figure that out? My recommendation: Find someone else!

It was a great experience he took less than 30 minutes. Its a cash transaction so have cash on hand also it's right next to the St Petersburg post office and I had a package to mail out, there is also several coffee shops right there. It was a very productive stop. The man that does the work is a pleasure to talk to. Again it was a very inexpensive and enjoyable experience.

I called there to inquire about getting my pricey and revered watch serviced there. He asked me to describe the problem. I told him that there was no problem.that the watch was running fine, but that I was only trying to follow the manufacturer's recommendation. He told me based on my info, not to let ANYONE open it up.that it was.and would do fine. His honesty saved me an expensive service job, which could have been his to do.

He had my old watch for over a over year and it still doesn’t work even though I paid him to fix it. Every time I went by he said he was still working on it or waiting for part. He never called me. I had to just ask for it back, and he said he didn’t have it onsite. So, then I had to make a second trip to get it. I will never go there again.

In short I dropped off 2 watches on 12/4 one needed a battery and the other a capacitor. I waited 10 days before calling. I have called 4 times and left 4 voicemails received 1 call back. It’s now 19 days later no watch and still no bill so don’t even know how expensive. I ll update again when I pick up.

I dropped off two watches there on 12/4. He said it would take him a few days but he should be able to review and let me know in 3 to 5 days.

I waited ten days and called on Tuesday 12/14 at 11: 56 am left a voicemail.

No call back and I called again on Thursday 12/16 at 11: 57 am left a voicemail.

I called again on Thursday 12/16 at 12: 47 pm left a voicemail.

He called me back Thursday 12/16 at 3: 33 pm and stated one of my watches was done and he was waiting on the capacitor he ordered should be in Monday or Tuesday next week and he would call me. I said I d wait as I want to pick both up for Christmas was told not a problem.

No call and I called Thursday 12/23 left a voicemail at 2: 16pm.

So I drove up there today 12/23 at 3 pm and the store is closed despite what Google says.

Took my Movado here to get sized, quick work and affordable from a watchmaker who knows about his timepieces. I recommend this place for all your watch repair needs.

Be very careful here. I took a watch in to get the dial replaced. It had fallen out and I didn’t notice it. I went to set the watch back one hour during the recent time change and couldn’t obviously because there was no dial. So the watch was reading one hour fast. When I initially went in he told me the watch could be repaired but he may have to order parts and it would be around “45 bucks “. He said he would call me that day or by lunch the next day. Never got a call. I called well after lunch and he said he had not found a solution yet but would call me by COB. He did call back and said he was not able to fix it and that he would manually set the watch to the right time and would he like me to replace the battery. I said sure put a new battery in there and set it to the right time. He said sure you can pick it up tomorrow. Ok. I go in to pick it up and he explains that he can’t fix it. This guy is a certified watch maker. Can’t fix a dial though. ‍️ He gives me the watch and says he replaced the battery and set the time. Checks the watch and says “ yes perfect time “. I say great what do I owe you. He says battery is 15 so say 35 bucks. I pay and as I’m walking out the door I look at the watch and it is EXACTLY 1 hour fast. The same as when I brought it in. I came back in the store and he was already on the phone. Once he got off the phone he said yes sir? I said the watch is still one hour fast. He said oh I set the wrong time. I’m thinking Really? He said he would fix it and I said how long will that take? He said how much time do you have? I said not much. Set it close to the right time in 5 minutes. My watch was there for three days. Long story short, I am fairly certain there is not a new battery in my watch and I’m fairly certain he never even looked at it. Happy Thanksgiving Harry enjoy my $35 I hope it gets you a nice bottle of wine for the holiday. Maybe if you have a Rolex you’ll get respect in there.

I am from out of town and needed my watch battery replaced. I walked in and walked out 5 minutes later with a new battery and the contact points cleaned that the last person who changed the battery did not even bother with cleaning. Excellent service. The owner is very nice and helpful. I very strongly recommend! Price and service is far better than Batteries Plus.
