Rated one star because i can not write a review without one.

Its been 5 months since the order was placed, a month since they called and said they were ready for installation that I needed to pay the remaining amount for installation to take place. Nothing yet on the installation. Fathers day went by nothing soon my dads birthday will go by and probably nothing. Customer service is a hit or miss. They promise and promise no call or action on their part.

I purchased a companion headstone for my parents in March 2022 and it was made and put down april 2022 it was fast I was very happy and excited and very pleased from day one of my purchase the lady was very professional she called me every step of the way all the way up untill they placed it down this place is the best they where fast I will definitely look forward to dealing with this company again they deserve 25 stars

Typically getting anything for your departed relative is difficult. A Monument and Casket took away all the nonsense and provided a beautiful representation of my Mother-in-law grave site plaque. They take care of everything including installation. We saved about $1000 from what the cemetary was asking. Plus who wants to go back there. Everything was a la carte with the cemetary, each line, each letter, each embellishment extra. Not at A MONUMENT AND CASKET. As many words as you want, the entrie dates (not just year). Best part in and out in under 30 minutes. I would still be waiting at the cemetary. And they use the same vendor as the cemetary.

We had them install my mothers grave stone with a concrete border. It disintegrated within six months. They did it over and it lasted about a year. It looks so bad now that I’m going to have the cemetery redo it. After 10 years it looks like a bunch of pebbles scattered around it. I Was told they were having problems with the people who did the work for them. I can appreciate that but why didn’t they get someone who did it better? Maybe they have those issues resolved. I don’t know. I know I’m going to pay whatever it takes To redo it. My father’s grave right next to hers is 45 years older and it’s perfect.

The older lady that’s working in there now is very rude. You would think at a time like this, she would have patients (Nit at all) she need to retire or find her something else today. POOR customer service and rush you to spend your money.

Do not come here granite is of very poor quality! It soaks up water very easily and gets damaged and stained because of it. I spent a lot of money on this large granite piece and my mothers bronze plate. I called them immediately after it was installed because it looked very soaked and they reassured me that they were going to resolve the issue. Fast forward now the granite has a large brown water stain because they never resolved the issue. Spoke with Gary the owner recently and he promised to resolve the issue, now he doesn't pick up or return my calls. I am highly disappointed with this company for their failure to resolve this issue. If you value your money and want quality granite DO NOT come here! Just look at my picture posted it is proof of their quality.

I recommend A Monument & Casket Depot, placed my order at a very difficult time in my life, must say my experience was of surprise. The ordering process was smooth, took 3 weeks to have my order ready and 3 weeks for installation which exceeded my expectations. Marker looks great and can't beat the price. And all this during the hight of COVID. Very pleased.

Their customer service is exceptional. Even with covid19 going on which caused them to be super busy, their timing was impeccable. The owner told me it would be 3 weeks to a month before he could have it done due to this virus. But let me tell you him and his crew were able to exceed my family's and I expectations, they were able to place her headstone within days of my order
