A N Nails reviews
13 **EDIT** It's the next day and my thumb is infected and swollen.and the nail polish is already coming off.
First impressions they were very sweet and greeted us when we entered the salon. They set us down immediately and got to work. The gentleman working there was in task of doing my niece's nails, and he did a fantastic job. However, The lady in task of doing my nails.didn't do so well. She made cuts on the skin near my cuticles for almost every finger, and would go over them repeatedly. She ended up using the wrong black nail polish and admitted it to the gentleman who was doing my niece's nails so he ended up stepping in. He took a dermal and sanded off the black nail polish and then continued to use a different nail polish that also didn't work. So in its entirety I ended up having my nails redone a total of three times.by the end of it my fingers were raw.
The lady told me that I only had to pay $20 instead of $25 for the inconvenience, which honestly confused me because on their website and on the board inside their salon a fill for acrylic nails is only $20? So I ended up paying the same price anyways even though I didn't like my nails, and they were redone three different times causing them to be raw and stinging. She was very rough and would sometimes use her nails to dig into my skin on the cuticle to get the black nail polish off. I'm disappointed. They did apologize Multiple times but I'm not going to be going back there.
I feel bad for even making this review but I rely on reviews before I go to places, this one was definitely up in the air so I decided to give it a go for the pricing. I need to put my experience out there so others have all the facts and honest opinions to make their own.
Andy did a great job, I came in to fix a thick and crooked set done by another salon and he did by far the best set i’ve ever had! I already rescheduled and plan on becoming a regular here!
This is my second time coming to this lovely salon! First time they specifically opened the shop on their day off for me, my sister and my mom to get our nails done before a wedding. They are so kind and friendly. The prices are so great! My second time going was equally as pleasant as the first. Andy worked with me to find the perfect Halloween/horror Comicon nail design. They ask for your opinion on the nails and ask if you like them every step of the way. You can tell they really care about making your nails nice and that you are happy with them. This will be my go to salon for now on. Absolutely amazing:)
Beautiful gel manicures and the pedicures are always beautiful!
You definitely need to try the Lemongrass Ginger pedicure. I loved the reflexology also!
Never been disappointed.
I got the high-end $55 pedicure and was in the chair for less than 20 minutes. I understand that he had an appointment to go to but I feel like he should have told me beforehand and I would have come back to stay for the hour. He does give great foot and leg massage and my toenails looked really good but I feel like for the money that my feet have been much more smooth when I left out of there before. I've had several pedicures and he always does a really good job. If it's the end of the day, do not go. Try to go in the middle of the day.
This was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. The lady cut my nails crooked and to short didn’t even cut my cuticles. No foot massage, polish is a mess.
LISTEN! This nail salon has to be the best in North Fort Myers. Every time I get my nails here they are always so perfect, mirror to the picture with great pricing. Andy does a remarkable job with my acrylics like very clean lines and perfect length. Lele also did my eyebrows so well it shocked me. Definitely recommend.
First time here today. Great manicure & pedicure, and so reasonable! New owners Andy & Lily owned & operated Jenny Nails on Fort Myers Beach until Ian took out their salon. They were very pleasant and efficient and my nails look great.
I was just here for a pedicure. Andy is the new owner. His salon was in Ft Meyer and was destroyed. He did a wonderful job on my pedicure. The place is very clean. Help support Andy in is new location
First time here i called and they said they would take me in 15 mins. I wanted the ombre and he did a wonderful such detail for his work.i will be returning for a pedicure very soon.
New owners, really invested in doing a great job. Reasonable prices and great service. This is the place to go.
First time at this place, got to meet the owners so nice and friendly. Service was great and they always made sure I was comfortable thank you and shout out to Andy and lee lee!
