Just got my septum pierced by retro, he was very nice and patient, i was nervous to do it and he told me to take all the time i needed and waited for me with no rush even though they were close to closing time.when he did the piercing it was very quick and came out perfect. 10/10

Clean shop and awesome customer service! Josh was very attentive and polite, explaining all the different piercings available, and which would fit my expectations best. Also, very knowledgeable about his product and craft. Even helped me apply my newly purchased piercings himself. I will definitely be back and recommend to all first timers.

There aren’t enough words to express my gratitude for Phil’s professionalism, patients and dedication to his work and pleasing his clients. This tattoo meant so much to me and he nailed it. This is a portrait of my ferret. I’ve had her since she was 8 weeks old. She has gotten me through some of the darkest times of my life. If it hadn’t been for me having to take care of her, I probably wouldn’t be here. She will be 8 in December, so, she’s not doing all that great. Phil was able to feel my vision and bring it to life. I’ve gotten a quite a few beautiful tats done by Savanna in the last year, but every single artist in that building has such a unique talent.
They also do buy one get one on piercings if you’re not into the tattoo stuff.

I went in last Saturday and got a side labret piercing. The piercer was Retro. After must of the swelling went down I realized he pierced the back side of my lip way too high to the point it was almost in the middle of the top of my lip. My first warning this shop was not professional is when the piercer never got out clamps for the piercing as the piercer that did my labret 10 years ago, at a different shop, did. After this experience not only will I not go to this shop for ANYTHING, but now have no faith in any piercers anymore. I have received two horribly messed up piercings in two months from two different shops now. I know I will not get any kind of response from them as they have not responded to a single negative review ever.

Got some piercings and felt very comfortable; they clearly know what they are doing and did a great job! The recommendations about this place are real and the staff are all kind!

Josh did amazing! He pierced my septum and then did 3 of my friends’ noses back-to-back. All are perfect. Chill dude, careful, comforting, professional.

Update: I went in for a tattoo consult today for a very important tattoo, I knew I really wanted it to be beautiful but needed a good artist to help make it happen, though it felt difficult to trust someone with the job. I met with jello and from the get he was on the same page as me as far as design was concerned and I really appreciated him squeezing me in for an appointment, he also offered very valuable input, this tattoo is a tattoo in memory of my life long best friend who passed away and he did such an amazing job creating a wonderful tribute to her, so thankful for his skill and suggestions, it turned out so much more beautiful than I had hoped, thank you jello, and A new dimension again, I always have a great experience at your shop.

Just went to this shop with a friend. We both got tattoos the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, the work was quick as well as very efficient I highly recommend this shop. Both of our tattoos came out beautiful I couldn't of asked for anything better! Keep up the great work guys. I have also went to this shop for 3 piercings, the piercer knows what he's doing and did a great job and you are in and out in a jif. Very satisfied with this shop:)

Loved this place. Everyone was very sweet and the guy that pierced my ear was very gentle. Would recommend everyone to come here.

This place is awesome, Josh the piercer is great he knows what he's doing and he's really helpful with any questions you have. And he will work with you to get the piercing you want, or at least something similar 10/10 recommend!

Made us jump through hoops to get my daughter's nose pierced. Oddly, another shop only required the form and my ID. A birth certificate wasn't required. Won't be going or sending anyone there again.

Been coming here for years, everyone is great, Retro and Eddie (My Johny dohnny depp) lol always does my piercings or dermals and they are cuties btw) Definitely great place.
