A Pet Spa Grooming, Palm Harbor FL

We spend time in Florida each year. A Pet Spa Grooming is the only groomer we take our dogs to no matter the distance. This is a top notch business. Service is excellent, they take the time to know about your pets, grooming is awesome and prices are great. They have long term staff which is a testament to the business as well. I highly recommend them.

Best groomers. My dogs have been going there for 5 years. And I drive over an hour to take them there.

Made me book out a month and a half for my dog to be with a specific groomer then proceeds to charge an “aggression fee” after the appointment. Please do not have Ashley work with your pet is they experience anxiety or have puppy like energy.

First time here! They answered all my questions, helpful and did a great job. Gave us homework to help on the next visit. I’m excited to returns

For 10 plus years we have used A Pet Spa for our furry babies baths and grooming. Clean, caring, professional all around Purrfect! You can tell when a staff cares about your Pets.

Super friendly staff. This was our first time, and I felt very comfortable leaving my dog. They called me when she was done and when I arrived we went over what was done. My dog looked great! Thank you from the front staff to the back staff. You were all awsome!

**Updated review: I do have to update as far as customer service. After leaving the review, I was contacted by the owner who was very apologetic. She did seem to want to make it right and offered me to bring my pup back in for another try at the service at no charge. I have not been back in (honestly not sure if I will or not), so I can't speak to any changes but updating to 3 stars for now due to the positive customer service efforts made by the owner.

**Original 2 star review: This was my first time coming here. Found it online and it looked like a nice little shop. The staff was friendly on the phone and in person. I made the appointment but didn't realize when I showed up for the appointment it would a 2 hr wait (bath and nail trim only). Not a big deal though so I left until receiving a call back. After picking her up and getting in the car, I noticed her nails were very jagged and splintered some in areas (possibly cut side to side instead of front to back which can cause this) and they are very short actually slightly into the quick which is causing her to be delicate with them and paying them a ton of attention which she usually doesn't do at all. She does have black nails which does make the process a little harder though but they were all done this way not just one or two. As far as the bath, I honestly don't know if she had one or not. Her coat wasn't any different visually or to the touch. Also you can always smell the shampoo (even if not a fragrance, just the oatmeal or other ingredients) but smelling right against her coat there was no indication of a soap. I don't think it was worth the $50 and was disappointed overall and will not return.

Our pomsky boys are in the bath club. They are so excited to go every Friday to see their pet spa family. I started taking my beloved and belated scottie to A pet Spa over 10 plus years and now the pomksy boys continue on the tradition. I would not trust any other groomer. It is not often your pets love to get groomed, but these boys do.

They did a great job with my dog and provided excellent customer service, especially Tina. Would definitely recommend.

I've taken my cat Bella here twice for grooming. She's a senior and doesn't like to clean herself anymore. Ashley has done a great job with her. Bella has arthritis and needs patience. They've been great with her, no cuts or anything in her skin.

Very nice and clean environment and Ashley does an Amazing and consistent groom on Riley EVERY TIME!

We are so pleased with the care and friendliness shown for our son, Jersey, a beautiful retired golden retriever Therapy Dog, at The Pet Spa! His tail starts wagging as soon as we enter. The staff is very friendly and caring. I strongly recommend the service for anyone who truly loves their best friend.

I was very happy with my pup's service. From scheduling to pick-up was easy. Prices were reasonable too. Lisa did a great job grooming my pup.

I have ben taking my dog Layla to A Pet Spa for almost 6 years now and I love it. The staff is always friendly and concerned for my pet. Layla loves them too. She is in the bath club and is there every week. We also get her grooms done here every other month. Christine and her staff truly care about their animals and will give you an immediate update, usually by phone, if there are any concerns. I highly recommend that you take your pet here!

Great spa! My boxer Macie loves it when she goes for her bath and nails. Everyone’s very nice especially the front desk, Tina and the owner, Christine. I would recommend anybody to go and let them pamper your puppy
