The process of obtaining a storage unit online before I moved here was so easy and my unit was waiting for me upon arrival. The office staff was very helpful with changes I had to make prior to moving. I highly recommend Storage Solutions of Destin!

I would give it 8 stars if I could! From the start (I cannot remember the lady’s name that I dealt with over the phone) she was pleasant, polite, courteous, professional and all around just awesome in helping me to rent a storage unit. Even without going and checking the units out first (you know, work) I knew it would suit me perfectly just from my experience with her on the phone. It’s crazy to me how much trouble I’ve had in the past years trying to rent a storage unit. People being blatantly rude for literally no reason. Friendly, polite, professional service is what I look for in places and I was sold here immediately. Oh, and did I mention affordable and conveniently located!? Win, win, win!
I got my gate code and was able to start moving some of my things in that evening. All around, from the staff to the cleanliness and upkeep of the property this place is great! I feel like I’m safe and my things are safe there.

They were very helpful at the storage facility. The facility was very clean and completely dry. It was a very hot day when I moved my stuff in and it was very comfortable in the unit.

Just rented a 10' x 10' storage unit from A Storage Solution of Destin, and the staff were courteous, helpful, and informative.the office was warm and inviting, and the storage unit was well maintained and clean. Access is easy and always available due to the 24hr gate code. Loading carts and large elevators make it so much easier to move items to the upper levels.oh, and the first month discount was a welcomed benefit.

We just rented a unit with this company again. We had such a great experience last time that we knew this was the only storage unit company worth the money. Excellent customer service and the security of your belongings is a great piece of mind. Highly recommend! Rae Lynn is a true pleasure to work with and a true professional.
