A Tender Touch Grooming, Dunedin FL

After 2 years of good cuts for my dog my last visit was not satisfactory. Not cut to my direction. Also Keisha not friendly as before. Maybe having a bad day.

Keisha and her daughter Tessa took care of an 15 year old elderly neglected dog we got in to our shop next to theres because the owner had a sudden death. They trimmed her over grown nails that were so long she could not stand or walk on her own. Now she can walk and stand on her own. They also gave her a bath. We have the shop next to there, D & J Records. We have people coming in frequently with praise for A Tender Touch Grooming. Now i why. They are great.

Excellent service great prices. They are great with the animals. Kesha did my Lil El Chopo today. She did a great job. She is excellent

A Tender Touch is amazing! They treat our big guy with so much patience and care. Our dog has hip dysplasia and is very anxious and they take extra time and work hard to accommodate all of his needs and do so with love. All of the groomers treat Jax like he is one of their own! We’d recommend A Tender Touch to anyone!

All the groomer are awesome, I can always get an appt right away and they do a great job on my fur baby.

Great groomers! I take my golden retriever and shitzu mix dogs here and they do a wonderful job. Super fast, very friendly and very good to the dogs.

I brought my 2 Labrador brothers at the same time during their undercoat shedding time. One is 96lbs and the other 90lbs.

They are incredibly sweet and friendly, but very strong and a lot of energy.
The staff was so sweet to my dogs.

I was running late to drop them off and the staff made me feel at ease

My dogs were so clean, soft, and deshedded When I picked them up (and smelled good too:) )

When I picked them up, they were NOT crated! They were in their own room with openings so they could put their big heads to the front desk behind the counter for petting:)

Granted, my dogs love water and people, and getting a nice bath and scrub can be a really fun, enjoyable, stressless time for them — often at groomers, it is not. I could tell when I picked them up, it was a fun time for them.

Once again an amazing job and very nice place.

Have used them twice for my aging golden. After conversations, they listened and understood what my requests for her were. They made it right. I believe them to be very caring and professional. I would recommend them.

UPDATE: after I took them a few more times and each time there was a surprise charge. They would charge had a knot or if the dog wouldn’t stop barking. Most places just do flat rate grooming, idk y charges kept getting added and it was different than the last. Also my dog was shaved and they didn’t have permission to do so.

We take our Bichon/Shih Tzu and Shih Tzu/Lhasa Apso to the groomer. They always take the great care of our doggies.

Tender Touch has been grooming my dog, Charlie, for 10 years. He's always groomed perfectly and the people there are excellent.

They are very good groomers and also very compassionate. It’s a calm atmosphere and my Goldendoodle is happy there.

Took my toy poodle today. They always do an amazing job. Very satisfied. I always tell people to take their fur babies there. They even sent me the cutest picture of Teddy when they were done.

I love this grooming salon for my three dogs. They always do a great hair cut, are super quick and efficient, no more three hour waits like I have had to do at other places. They are done in around an hour. I love that the dogs are cage free, it is so much more less stressful for them and the prices are very good too. Highly recommend!
