PLEASE save your time and energy and just simply go elsewhere for your equipment rentals. It is no surprise they have SUCH poor reviews and a 3.6 star rating. Horrible experience from start to finish. Their employees are highly unprofessional.

0 out of 5 star. Bad experience from the start. On a wednesday I paid for and reserved a skid steer machine for pick up on Saturday. When i came to get machine on Saturday it wouldn't start. After a few minutes Chris the manager couldn't start the machine and said "he is going to have to refund me it wont start". I told him i need machine, so lets check for spark and fuel to try to get it started. I helped Chris work on there machine and we saw it did have spark and maybe bad fuel. He said they would work on it and call me if the got it running. I leave. They call me 2 hours later and say its running and to come. I return and ask if we can adjust the return time to 12: 00 Monday since i had a contract to use machine from 8: 30 saturday to 8: 30 monday, but the machine wasn't ready until 12: 00pm saturday. Chris said no. I told him i thought i might not finish my job by 8: 30 monday since the machine wasn't ready on time. Chris then would not let me take machine because he "felt like the contract wasnt gonna be met by me returning machine late on monday". Even thow i had already paid for it up to 8: 30 am Monday. I politely asked if i can rent it Monday in addition to the weekend and he said no. I never got the machine. Put me back on my jobs finish date and costed me OVER $1,200.00 of out of pocket labor expense. I do not recommend this place.

Anyone complaining about their policy are lame. They have their rules, and they have to follow them. I don’t have a local license or major credit card, I had zero issues. Ken helped me out and got me what I needed promptly. If you can’t afford a deposit, you’re can’t even get a hotel. It’s a business, so show up with money’s. Lots of broke people leaving bad reviews.

I can't believe it! If it weren't for my neighbor, who thankfully managed to calm me down, I would have completely lost it and ended up wasting my entire life locked up in a prison cell. I received horrible service! I called before I came to this location before I arrived to to see if they took debit cards. The incompetent boy told yes and that I would just need ID. When I arrived I gave the incompetent boy my ID and Card, then he comes back and tells me he will need $150 cash for a deposit because my drivers license says Tallevast, FL or wait until the manager comes back. Apparently the incompetent boy believes that Tallevast, FL is in Miami, FL which doesn’t make any sense. I told him I Google my address and prove that it’s only 15min away. He said it’s no need for me to do that and the only way to rent something from them I’ll have to pay $150 cash for the deposit. I drive off and got the $150 cash for the atm up the road. When I came back I handed him the cash with my debit card (after standing outside waiting for 10 minutes). He comes back and tells me my card decline and that I have insufficient funds. I ask him to wait one moment to check my card. When I looked at my phone I see I received a notification from bank asking if I was trying to use the card, so I had to confirm with my bank by texting them yes. I tell the incompetent boy what I had to do and told him to try it again. He walks off and go inside the office with an attitude like I don’t have money. He comes back after 2 minutes hands me my card, cash, ID and say have a great day while walking off to go back into the office. I try to ask him what was going on and he just responded bye have a great day. I sat out there for a while because the disrespect I was witnessing. I call the phone twice and was placed on hold when I asked for the manager. The manager finally comes out (after realizing he was there the whole time) and I asked him if they had a problem with black people. And what does he do? He just casually walks away and nonchalantly heads into his office.

Horrible service, these guys are complete A holes. I went there with my father in law who is Spanish and has an accent and they treated us both like complete trash the entire time, correcting everything he said, with an attitude.even though they clearly know what he said considering they were able to correct him. Tried to speak with a manager about it and they had just as bad of an attitude. It’s a wonder these peoples roof has been hanging off since hurricane IAN. Maybe if you treated all customers equal you’d make enough money to repair your roof I’ll drive an hour out of my way before I ever come to this “business” again. I wish I could rate zero stars. I NEVER pull the race card because I am not delusional, but it’s clear when someone obviously has an issue with you

And there ya are again being argumentative. I NEVER attempted to use a passport. We both have very valid Drivers licenses! Clearly you must’ve treated whoever you think I may be similarly. Shame on you. You need to focus more on repairing your roof rather than being argumentative in your reviews!

I sent my work crew in to rent a jackhammer and they were denied rental because they require a "local drivers license and a major credit card" my crew has a pinellas county address on his drivers license and a chase visa buisness credit card.so i dont quite understand what the problem was.they gave alot of pushback and were unwilling to work something out. Needless to say we will not use them in the future, and hop on the 1 star review wagon just like the rest.

They have helped me a few times in the last several years with small repairs on my lawn equipment. Call first and explain your issue and they will shoot you straight.

Took a Honda generator for repair had to do business over a locked fence had water in gas n machine was 3 hrs old This repair I was told was $250 n when I went to pick up my generator the bill was $320 a new carburetor was $49. I told them I had been a customer for many years n I will not b back

I like to do my due diligence before posting a review. However, when you quote someone a price it should be the price and looking at every other review, I feel very confident saying they took advantage of my father, only offering a free oil change after the 1st of January, which won't happen cause we can do it ourselves. I was very kind when I called in, met with defensive retorts, which I encouraged laughter, but as a customer, or inquirer, that shouldn't be my position. To say they replaced a carburetor vs what was said was a carburetor kit, two different things, it's questionable. I prefer trust in a company. I'll respect OEM parts, but, please show me the box they arrived in and validate your invoice to a Vietnam Veteran!

The guy here is awesome. They had just what we we're looking for.we'll be back.
Rent Saturday before they close and get it all weekend.not do back until Monday morning.win win for us
