Hiring A-Turner Moving and Storage was a great decision. It as very helpful to having a representative come to my house to give me an accurate estimate of the cost of moving my belongings. The moving crew was very competent and efficient in the packing and organizing the load. The delivery of the goods went without a glitch. I already recommended A-Turner to a friend who is moving out of state.

We used A-Turner Moving as an agent of North American for a move from Florida to North Carolina. Overall, we were very happy with A-Turner and would recommend their services!

Marion performed a thorough on-site inventory and spent time explaining the various aspects of the contract and moving process. Not only was A-Turner able to give us the best price, it guaranteed next day delivery to NC, which was not something other movers were able to offer. This enabled us to avoid incidental costs like hotels while we waited for delivery.

Chandler, our move coordinator, responded promptly and helpfully throughout the weeks leading up to our move. All in all, communicating with A-Turner was straight forward and helpful.

Patrick, the on-site move supervisor and delivery driver, performed above our expectations. He was professional, patient, friendly, thorough, and careful with our furniture and boxes. The pickup team was excellent! Perhaps our only complaint throughout the entire process was that the unloading team did not read our boxes labels as thoroughly as we would have liked, and a handful of boxes ended up in the incorrect rooms, despite labels on the boxes and rooms. Nevertheless, the move went as smoothly as we could have hoped.

Marion, Chandler, and Patrick took excellent care of us throughout the move. Our things were delivered on time and safely. We would recommend A-Turner and North American’s services to others without hesitation.

Also, we packed ourselves, and it was a giant PITA. I later asked Chandler how much it would have cost to have A-Turner pack us. That estimated cost seemed nominal to the time and headaches that we incurred while packing. If you use A-Turner, consider asking them to pack your things for you. Thanks, A-Turner, for a great move!

I had a 800 pound table saw moved there were 3 men and they were very professional made very difficult move look easy and met all my expectations

We moved to Gainesville in the 80’s and have moved over 10 times and used A-Turner Moving and Storage every time. Their storage was also used some of the times. This company is fantastic and has always exceeded our expectations. Their crew operates in sync with each other, each knowing how to handle our fragile items, never having any damage.

A-Turner Moving/North American provided incredible service. They’re proficient, professional and top notch. Could not have been happier with my move. Have used small/local movers in the past and A-Turner is 100 times better. Just some advice, use major van lines for your moves - the quality can’t be beat!

Mike, Marvin, Allen and Joel were very professional and patient with us moving some items around. They performed like a well oiled machine even with the rain most of the day.

On the receiving side they really took the time to wrap and protect all our belongings. On the delivery side they delivered right to the spot where we wanted furniture placed.
Very well organized - I was blown away with how well organized their process was.
Everything was numbered and recorded on the manifest when packed.
On the delivery side they had a checklist to cross reference everything as we checked off the numbers to the boxes - not one thing missing!
Truly amazing work!

Also, we stored our stuff in their warehouse, I needed longer storage time than what was originally planned, Tammy didn’t skip a beat, it definitely was not an issue.
