Extremely disappointed with this shop! I went and got a quote for a leak i had for $200, and the owner said “and i see you’re due for an oil change so I’ll do that too” Took the car back 3 weeks later and paid $346 because they “quoted me wrong”
There was nothing different or additional that needed to be done. They just claimed to have quoted me wrong and didn’t keep their word about their original quote.

As I went to A1 Autoworks, my very loved Chevy Impala 2007 made terrible sounds and it was dangerous to drive it with the hub bearings, which needed a change. Jay&James&team fixed my car on the same day with a very professional service. Now my drive is silent and secure! I would definitely like to recommend them to everyone. Don't lose time and money somewhere else!

My engine stalled. I had my car towed up too you guys. You all were helpful. Although I was stuck on road with my 2 kids. My car under warranty, it's not your fault. I was forced too tow my car again, I kindly asked if it could stay parked in the parking lot/gas station I live across from you, just until 8 am less than 24 hrs, way less than 8 hrs. I see your shop and store almost everyday. I have no complaints as I have not paid for services. I just had a tow, you guys checked it out efficiently thank you for that. 3 stars is not bad. Don't feel like this is bad rating it's purely not.

I honestly could not recommend this shop more than I will write in this review. I send all of my employees, friends, my wife and anyone who asks me for a reputable shop for general mechanic work.

Jay, Gyro, Jason and the whole team are very accommodating, they will pick you up and drop you off, they will deliver your car to your house, they work with you on extended warranties, and are very creative and professional.

I highly recommend them!

A friend recommended A1 Autoworks for their honesty, fair prices and good customer service. They treated me as family. I dropped off my car in the morning and Jason dropped me off at work and picked me up once my car was ready. A1 Autoworks went above and beyond my expectations.

Jason was very professional, efficient & friendly. Explained the process & the repair. I felt very comfortable & trusted his work. He even followed up the next day to make sure my AC was still running good. Thank you Jason for putting me at ease and getting me back on the road stress free n happy.

Came to this shop because I needed to change my brakes …. Jay and his team helped me out quickly. They were really professional and friendly would recommend this shop!

Becarefull dont take your car here Jay the owner is a scammer and they will break down your car so you have to come back ge drives a mercedes

Amazing customer service. Jason is well knowledged. I previously took my car to 2 different mechanic shops and they were unable to find out why my AC was hot. In a timely manner my AC was fixed. Very kind helpful and hardworking staff members they have. 5 out of 5 stars and highly recommended
