3Loved them. Only thing they should work on is giving times for their deliveries. I got fast responses and they are super affordable. The guy and his son were very nice. Even gave extra chairs free of charge. Would book again!
After son took over management from father 12 months ago complete unprofessional behavior from staff. Poor customer service from an angry like child.late delivery and pick up after party.does not pick up phone for hours on end.more than a 80% chance you'll be sorry for using this company over many other in the vicinity.
I WOULD NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS USE THIS PLACE AGAIN. THEY WERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. THEY COULDN'T EVEN GIVE A TIME AS TO WHEN THEY WOULD DELIVER TABLES AND CHAIRS, A TOTAL WAS GIVEN AFTER 7 TIMES OF CALLING THEM AND THEY TOOK DAYS TO RESPOND. ONCE THEY CAME, THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO HAVE AN ATTITUDE AND BROKE ONE TABLE. THEY DIDNT SET ANYTHING UP. THEY JUST LEFT THINGS FOLDED AND ON THE GROUND. THEY HAVE GOOD DEALS BUT IT DOESNT MATTER IF YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. GO TO MOE'S.
