A1A Ale Works Restaurant & Taproom reviews
8Very cool building and great food. I had the lobster and Shrimp pasta which was very good. Great fresh squeezed lemonade! The bar area below was very cool and tons of beers on tap. We were a large group and they were able to seat us right away. I would definitely eat here again.
We have been in St. Augustine since January and finally made it here for dinner.only regret is we didn't try it sooner.
We had Fillet Medallions and Jambalaya.both dinners were excellent!
Servers were awesome! Highly recommend!
Just had the best meal so far in St. Augustine with the warmest, most responsive server, Liz, and a breathtaking view. I ordered the crabcake appetizer with a Greek salad and my husband had the half pound burger and fries. Could not have been better!
Incredible! We had a group of over 50 people and we had an amazing dinner. The food was absolutely excellent and the service was superb! A definite hit!
Food was delicious. Cocktails are heavy handed only complaint is too much siracha on the blackened tuna. Suggest fellow travellers ask for it on the side.
Really disappointed with the long wait time with how many open seats were available. A clear short staffing issue. With the amount charged per meal, you can expect to pay around $30 per person. The restrooms were not very clean. I can not recommend.
Blue Crab and arthichoke dip is amazing.
Service is average
Paella was bad
Fried food was underseasoned. Chicken tender for kids was juicy but underseasoned as mentioned
So sad to see this type of potential is being wasted.
Amazing location especially outdoor seating from balcony has a great view of St. Augustine.
They need to step up the things in the kitchen.
Food was OK, but there are better choices in St Augustine. I had the lobster and shrimp tacos that were pretty good, but our nachos were less than desirable. Not a bad experience all in all, but probably won't return next time we're in town.
