I called to inquire about a brake job. I asked when would they be able to do it. The woman that took the call asked me when could i drop it off. I told her that will depend on how long the job takes.she told me she had no way to know that. (with a matter of fact attitude) she said I could call around to other shops in town and ask them. Here I am calling them to pay them some money and she instructed me to call other shops to find out how long the job takes.aaaaaaahahahahaha i'll call around alright and pay someone else my money that actually knows the business. That was wack! I will not recommend this place of business.

There’s a employee named Emmitt Justice that represents your company and I’m not sure if he’s drunk or what but he’s getting pretty aggressive with me on his social media… if he’s going to cuss people out and threaten them “you better keep that same energy when I see you” tell him to at-least not have your business on his profile. He is a hot head with a short fuse and everyone that can see his tirade is also seeing what company he works for.

I have plenty of screen shots if you need them and I hope this isn’t how employees are expected to represent themselves when talking to the public.

My car was blowing hot air whether I had the AC on hot or cold and when it was turned off. I dropped it off and A2Z had me back running comfortably in the same day and it didn’t cost me an arm & leg to get there. The staff are friendly, honest, and they look out for you as a customer. It’s a real family friendly environment. I’ll definitely be going back if I need any work in the future and suggest others do the same.

I have been to A2Z Auto three times now for minor maintenance and major repairs and every time I have been treated well, they explain what needs done and do not add anything unexpected. I recently had problems with my driver door lock, long story short, I could not lock my vehicle. KC, the lead technician, diagnosed the problems with my door, and fixed the necessary parts. I had a few more problems arise from it, I brought it back and he fixed them all free of extra charge. Prices are fair and if something is not how you want, they can fix it. Tara in the office is super friendly and can give you some good advice and movie recommendations while you wait. Service is done well and carried out by great people. I highly recommend A2Z Auto.

KC and the nice lady at the front desk were extremly helpful and they did exactly what I needed at a price I would not be able to find anywhere else. They really do make it seem like you are being taken care of by family.

I had issues with my engine and they were able to fix my car in less than a day. My engine now runs smoothly and I have no issues while driving. The lady at the front desk was very nice and reassuring. Costumer service 10/10.

Literally PHENOMENAL! Everybody from front desk to the techs are so kind and helpful. They fixed my car so so fast. They are so honest and kind! I will be going back for anything else I’ll need! I’ll also be recommending to everyone else.

I've been here twice and both times have been great. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and fair. They let me pick the services instead of hitting me with a huge bill which was awesome. My car was fixed quickly and the cost was accurate to the quote. I highly recommend this repair shop. The receptionist is a hoot too.

This shop does very good work, they're not expensive, and the workers are friendly and knowledgeable.

The latch on my Honda CRV tailgate wasn’t working, nor was a rear window. The mechanic’s skill and perseverance was able to save me a part replacement for the latch. He had in stock the replacement part for the window with install within a couple of hours for all work. Honest, hard working, reasonably priced… a very pleasant experience at a family owned business where they care about their customers.

I called and they got me in right away. Took less than 20 minutes to fix. Amazing customer service. The woman at the front desk was very nice and kept my boyfriend and I entertained while we waited. Overall my best experience at a mechanic and would 100% recommend them!

A2Z is phenomenal, and I will come to them exclusively from now on with any car issues! They are knowledgeable, professional, honest, and their prices are very fair. They communicated with me step by step so I knew exactly what they were finding wrong with my car and what their plan was to fix it. They didn't charge me for anything I didn't need, and my entire experience was so easy and professional. They diagnosed and fixed various issues, from an evaporative fuel leak to my O2 sensor. My car and I are in great hands at A2Z!
