Update one year later…Had to replace our AC unit. Quick. Service and good price. 2022- We walked into our newly purchased home in Florida and the AC was not working. Called AA and they came out within hours and replaced the capacitor. Great service! Jarad did a great job, very knowledgeable.

The technician answered all my questions and made recommendations about our HVAC system. He seemed very knowledgeable and was very helpful.

Aurelius came to my house, on Saturday within hours of my calling them. As usual the technician was able to find and fix the problem. My AC was up and running properly within an hour. Thanks.

Excellent experience. I was quoted a time slot of 9-11 and the tech was here at 8: 53, and had us up and running in 15 minutes. Very reasonable Sunday morning rate. I will definitely call if AC service is needed again.

I purchased a completely new A/C system from this company 0n 7/5/21, on 7/6/21 the system stopped working, a service tech came out and corrected the problem @ no charge. All went well until 7/23/23, just two years after installation, the system failed. I called for service, they asked several questions and explained that since the A/C unit was frozen they would have to come the next day. The tech arrived and advised me that the system had a freon leak and that I would have to pay $1,700.00 to replace the freon, even though my system has a factory warranty for ten years for materials and labor. I questioned why the warranty didn't cover this expense, he advised me that freon was not a part, but a "gas" so the warranty paid for nothing. Since A/C in south west florida is a necesssity, I told him to proceed. He worked quite a long time on my unit and, put in a dye along with the freon to locate the leak, when he left the system worked fine. The tech advised me that he would be back in 2 or 3 days to locate the leak and "patch" it. On 8/4/23 he was due to locate the leak, the system stopped working again 8/3/23, I called the office and was advise that they were booked all day, I'd have to pay for emergency service or wait until the next day for the appointment I already had booked. I was realy P/O'd. After an hour or so the unit started working again, so I waited for my 8/4/23 appointment. The tech came out, checked things out and said there were no leaks, so no "patches" were needed. So why did the freon leak out of a two year old system that had no leaks? I expect that this system will fail again in another year or two. What good is a ten year materials and labor warranty, that covers absolutely nothing? The tech that came was polite, and seemed to know his job, most of the office staff except one woman I spoke to when the system shut down on 8/3/23 were very nice. I'd think hard before hiring this company.

I really thought that this company cared about the people they serve. Since I moved here 7 years ago I have always used AA for. My HVAC problems. I have had a contract with them for 7 years to come out 2x a year to clean my system. They were here the end of June. They supposedly cleaned out the drain at this time. Well 34 days later my drain is clogged. I called them they came out and now tell me that it is only covered for 30 days. The maintenance contract I signed says one year warranty. Well now even though it is now just 34 days since the last time they were for a mere $300 they will fix that right up. I said it was only 34 days ago and they refused to even budge on this. I asked the tech to call their boss and he refused. I’m done

AA Temp is an absolute pleasure to work with. They show up when they say they will and don’t leave until their work is completed correctly. The tech that we have worked with is Aurelius. He is way more than terrific. Very patient and understanding with us.

Wow! Very prompt and professional. They had a real person answering the phone and was able to schedule a technician out the next day. I had another company that I use to use who never responded to my calls (3) or email. I am glad. I now have a new company that is much better. Highly recommend them. I felt it was a grossly over priced service $514.08 the tec was here 5 mins replaced a compassionater (spelling could be wrong) i called another company today was told they would come out and fix it for a total of $200.00.just to big a price difference to not feel cheated.i called AA to let them know and got a lot of excuses but no satisfaction

This is a company that is very professional and I would recommend them and was happy with what they were able to fix without trying to sell me something that I didn’t need. They gave me an honest evaluation and repair.

Aurelius was the tech that came to my house. He is a very nice and polite young man. He answered all of my questions and send to be very knowledgeable. I will definitely use this company again.

AA Temp installed our complete Heating and AC system 10 years ago and has maintained it. It works perfect to this day.
