AAA Appliance Repair West Palm Beach - Used Appliance Parts & Service

Can't remember the gentleman's name but he did a thorough job of inspecting my washer to diagnose the problem. Turns out it was the transmission and a new/used one would be the better option. Good, honest worker giving you the advice instead of trying to make more money and it quite possibly not work. 5 star rating in my eyes. Would definitely recommend to anyone with appliance problems.

On January 11th AAA Appliance sent a man to repair our dryer and dishwasher. Neither could be repaired, parts had to be ordered. I was told they will be in that week and would call to schedule repair for Monday or Tuesday. On Monday January 18th I called to see when the repair would be done. I was told the parts for dishwasher were in, but waiting for dryer parts. I asked if they could come fix dishwasher now and fix dryer when the parts come in. She told me there would be 2 labor charges if they had to come out twice. After I hung up and looked at the quotes again I realized there were 2 labor charges on the quote. I called again that week and was told the parts were still not in, but the parts that were not in were the dishwasher parts which was not what I was told previously. I asked about the quote and was told there were always 2 labor charges, so I again asked they come out to fix whichever appliance they had the parts for and was told, no they won't do this. I talked to Steve the supervisor who advised the second labor charge should have been discounted and promised the parts would be in on Friday. I called on Friday, no parts. I was called on Monday to schedule on Friday, and no discount had been applied to the bill. I asked to speak to the supervisor, Claudia refused and put me on hold. She came back and said she spoke to Steve and they would discount the labor charges, however would not allow me to speak to Steve. So a full three weeks later, we may be getting our appliances fixed. After multiple phone calls and misinformation. I would never use this service again.

I had two technicians coming over 2 times each and they couldn't fix my dishwasher. Every time I had to schedule an appointment it was always another week out.
Customer service representative very rude and wouldn't go out of her way to help me out.
Why can't they get the part in 1 day and I can on genuinerreplacementparts.com?

I have been waiting almost two weeks for a part to come in for my washer. I called last week spoke to someone who said that part was in last week. I called yesterday said the part would be I today. At this moment no part no call washer still broke. Horrible service

Horrible customer service. They called me in morning and said tech was on his way. 1.5 hours later I called and they said he will be at least another hour. They then rescheduled for the next morning. The next day I had to call to hear them tell me tech will be out in afternoon. All after waiting 2 weeks for a common part. Only using them as the initial service charge is used towards part and repair. Will never use again after horrible customer service.

Wow, What horrible customer service! Paid $95 for them to come out and fix nothing and when I needed them back out less then 30 days later which was supposed to be covered said by their tech. I was called a lier and I was hung up on. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

PS. I called 3 other companies after all with way lower service charges.

Matt actually knows how to fix appliances. He fixed my microwave, clothes dryer and oven. He is fantastic! Would call AAA Appliance Repair next time I need help!
