Went to get passport pics and was very pleased with the service. Luann, at the front desk was very nice & helpful. She went above and beyond to help with our needs. Also talked to Joe, one of the travel consultants. He was great, very knowledgeable. Will be going back to make vacation arrangements.

Very helpful and together we selected Wyndham Dazzler in Lima, Peru as I was attending a K-pop concert in Lima.

Called at 8pm nd said tht i would be contacted shortly by a tow company Waited 2 hours to be called back at 10 pm by triple aaa asking where i was and why i needed gas? I called for a tow. I specifically said i needed a tow more then one occasion on the first phone call it took two hours to get a tow dispatched and then another 2 for the tow to come when i called aaa back they said they could not reach there towing company cha cha express and said they would soon be on there way so i called chaha express myself and got confirmation tht triple a called around 1015pm to dispatch a tow to me so from 8 pm to 1 am i was a top priority call on the side of floridas I75 on ramp worst roadside assistance ever i also had to pay additional fees on top of my triple a roadside assistance to get me and my vehicle home safe

At AAA, their agents are not just in it for a "sale", they are truly invested in their clients. They go above and beyond to get you the very best rate.

Terrible roadside assistance with no shows and stringing you along as if someone will show up but never do. Don’t waste your money

I called my local office and was out on hold for over 9 mins with no response so I left a voice mail message and no one called me back. I have heard so many very bad reviews about this company and personally about the local office that we are going to cancel our membership as it holds absolutely no value whatsoever to us anymore. If someone does not call me back by tomorrow 11/19 I will be calling the better business bureau and filing a report as well as asking for a full refund of my membership.

It was great! Went to get my passport picture taken and the whole thing took MAYBE 10 minutes!

My truck did not start at 10: 30pm, I call multiple times with no answer on when they will be here at 2: 30am I called Twin Towers roadside towing they was there in 20 minutes. I'm a 10 year member with AAA and for this to happen I'm very disappointed.

The AAA service is HORRIBLE. I called the first time on November 13, at 2: 45 p.m. The truck driver was great, its AAA service that is TERRIBLE. I was first told it would be 60 to 90 minutes, then after calling back about a dozen times, I was told they could not get somebody to drive there, (Dade City, FL) then I was told the computers were down, then I was told the driver would not respond, then I was told they can not drive over 25 miles because of the hurricane (home is Plant City, FL) and while standing in the dark on a street corner, I was told I should find ride home and they could get the car later, thats intelligent (1974 antique car) and ya want me to leave it on the side of the road. Finally, at 5: 15 they said the driver was on the was, she talked to him and it would take hour and half to get there. The distance is 25.1 miles.at 6: 45 P. M.the driver arrived. The tow truck driver was wonderful, very polite, considerate and understanding of my anger. After all, I only waited almost 4 hours on the street corner for AAA and was lied to my several of AAA employees. Do not try to complain the next day, because they put you on hold and pass you to others persons, who say they will file a complaint. If they don't answer the phone, how will they file a complaint about a fellow employee. What a joke.

They look very bad, my husband and I got dumped at a gas station with the 2 girls, we requested a tow truck at 9: 25pm on Saturday 8/10/2022, my husband's uncle picked me up to take me home with the girls and my husband was waiting for them to pick him up, every time he called they told him that they were already on their way, it turns out that the next day at 9: 25am on Sunday 9/10/2022 my husband had been waiting for 12 hours for a tow truck that never came, until I called and made a scandal they didn't say they couldn't pick it up at that time I had to find another company that could pick it up. I don't recommend AAA to anyone and it's not even worth giving them a star.

Don't have this insurance company, but if it's anything like the AAA I deal with then your safe.
