AAA Corporate Offices, Tampa FL

I have been ran in circles by Adrienne Mosley at AAA for over a month and a half. AAA sent Budget Towing in Haines City to service my new car that was completely dead (turned out battery was bad), their tow guy dented my hood because he stood on his tippie toes because he was short, put his weight behind it, and slammed it. The hood has a perfect dent from his palm print. My mom and son were present at the time and the tow truck driver also advised Stingray Chevrolet that he indeed put the dent in my car. I have sent them a synopsis of incident, I have witnesses, I have sent videos and pictures to no avail. I have all but called Better Call Behken on channel 8 and unfortunately I guess that is going to have to be the next step or pursue legally. I have sent estimates for repair which are about $700.00 to repair his dent on a brand new 2023 Chevy Traverse RS. Nobody wants to be accountable and fix my car! If anyone reading this can provide me with a corporate phone # or person in corporate, that would be great! Claim #63109 and until my car is fixed, I am not going to stop pursuing. Nobody would make up an estimate and that should have been enough to resolve the issue! All of the extra is just a plus on my behalf. AAA takes your money for memberships but don't care what happens to you past that!

Daughter was broke down on I 75 for 6 hours in Gainesville FL. She called AAA at 1: 50 pm. She called me after the time they promised they would show up at and they didn't. Called AAA and they said they would have someone there by 6: 30. Still no one showed up. Called again and talked to someone who was supposed to be management. They said they would send a 3rd tow company. They sent him to Lake City because he contacted my daughter saying he was on the way, finally she might get off the highway. Calling tomorrow to cancel membership.

Terrible experience with Princess Cruise trip to Alaska. Between AAA and Princess support staff…blind leading the blind. Flew to Seattle and was told we couldn’t board the ship. Advised to fly to Juneau and board there. Upon arrival in Juneau was told that we couldn’t board and that the instruction given to us by a Princess travel supervisor, in Seattle was wrong. Horror story. Taking it to media.

Was told it would be 30 minutes for a tow truck. After an hour and a half we called to get an updated ETA because we were already way past the last one. Was told they didn't know where there trucks or drivers were. And then got cancelled. And was told I would be called back by the next company /driver after they were goin to resubmit the request again. It has now been a total of 4 hours and still have yet to hear from anyone. The worst experience my sister, daughter and myself has ever had to deal with after a car accident. Ended up callen the brother in-law and we drove our broken truck slowly all the way home. Never again will I pay for AAA! Worst experience of my life

Wouldn’t change my daughters flat tire on a Gmc 2500 regular pick up. Not raised at all.it was a Friday night after 6 they would only tow it and she would be stranded until Monday… Why do we need AAA I will be canceling on Monday.

I call aaa at 11.00 was on hold for 35 minutes then cutoff I called again took my problem
Said someone would call soon. 4 and1/2 hours after me calling no one had any formation. This is disscussing

We have had a membership for over 6 years. Let me tell you never again. My elderly mother was stuck on the side of their road in West Palm beach for 7 1/2 hours and never got a ride. They kept canceling and never should up. She’s such burnt all over her body and had use the bathroom ok the side of the road. I will be filling a lawsuit and reporting them to the news.

AAA service is horrible I've been a member for over 10yrs and I can officially say they're incompetent as a company the customer service offers no sense of comfort neither do the so called managers this is day 2 on waiting to get my truck towed

Member 17 yrs waited 9 hrs, no show went to 2 aaa office no satisfaction.ask agent where Safe area my family should go…respond was where no shady charters are. Very rachist answer…….

Iv been a plus member for 3 years. Today iv been waiting for 4 hours to get a tow. I have yet to have a tech designated to me after my 1st designated decided he wouldn't be to me before he ended his day. That was 2 hours ago. I decided to call another tow company and they will be here in 20 minutes. What is the point of my AAA membership at this point?

Aaa has gone down the tubes they left me stranded twice this year once for 12 hours and another time for 10 hours then when I called to get accountability they Credited my next year’s membership then two weeks later they sent me a letter canceling my membership that they just renewed for all the hell they put me through…this company is beyond disgusting save your money buy new tires and batteries

I have been a member for many years and I am disgusted with AAA. This company was once great then went to ok now it’s gotten so bad I regret renewing my account. I placed a call to AAA around 7: 08pm this evening 11/22/2022 as my car was over heating and steam was coming out of the hood. Pulled into a McDonalds. I have my grandkids with me and they are both under 5. I got a text I would get a tow around 9: 06pm. Then got a text before that time that they are running late. Go to look at the time it’s 12am tow pick up!? Are you kidding me. It’s now 11: 10pm I’m still here no call of when I will get help and no text. I call they tell me they don’t have anyone assigned yet. Like what!? It’s 4 hours later and no one has been assigned? Smh. A nightmare. I call back to be told they tried to call me and couldn’t reach me and cancelled me out/ cleared the call. How I’m stuck/stranded. I will be reporting this also to the BBB. Everyone needs replaced if they can’t do their jobs and get to people in a timely manner.
