3I used this company for my new home purchase. Even with purchasing a home can be stressful, they made it a lot easier. Even took their personal time to return and help figure out a issue we was having during the purchase process. They are both great people and will go above and beyond. Highly recommend!
We used this company to do our home inspection after Hurricane Ian for our new insurance company. They were communicative, meticulous, and gave us a very thorough inspection report. Pricing was reasonable, and they scheduled us very quickly.
We needed an inspection on-the-fly for our homeowners’ policy. We had one completed- inspection to report- by the end of the next business day. Add to that the friendliness affordability and honesty of their process (we had to repair a pipe before they would move forward with our insurance; I was glad to know we had a leak) and we won’t be looking anywhere else should inspection needs arise again.
In sum: a really excellent experience with nice, professional people.
