I needed my car jump started and this is the only company I called that answered the phone! Alvin provided friendly, fast and knowledgeable service.

I recently had the pleasure of using AA&D Towing service to transport my lifted GMC Sierra to a nearby shop, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with their service. From the moment I contacted them, I knew I was in good hands.

Initially, what caught my attention was the low rate advertised on their website. However, upon speaking with Alvin, a very pleasant gentleman, I learned that the price would be slightly higher due to the unique requirements of my truck. Despite this, I cannot fault Alvin as he was transparent and understanding throughout the entire process. In fact, even with the adjusted price, AA&D still offered the most affordable option in the area.

On the day of the pickup, the driver reached out to me via text, as I had requested, to confirm his estimated time of arrival. I greatly appreciated this proactive communication. True to his word, the driver arrived right on time in a very nice rollback truck. His professionalism was immediately apparent as he took great care in loading and securing my truck. I was particularly impressed when he took multiple pictures of the vehicle before and after loading it onto the rollback. This attention to detail gave me peace of mind knowing that my truck was in good hands.

Although I did not accompany my vehicle to the mechanic, I was informed that it was delivered safely and repairs are now underway. It's always a relief when plans come together seamlessly, and AA&D Towing played a significant role in making that happen.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by AA&D Towing. Their pricing, even with the adjustment, was still the most competitive in the area. The driver's professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail were commendable. I will definitely be using AA&D for all of my future towing needs and highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and affordable towing services.

What an amazing company. My son broke down on I-4 on a Saturday night and their tow truck was about an hour away. Alvin jumped in his personal vehicle and got to my son in minutes. He was as concerned about my son's safety as I was! He cleaned his battery, gave him a jump, and called me to let me know everything was ok! The charge was minimal and he made sure my son got to the closest gas station. I cannot say enough good things about Alvin! God bless you sir!

HOW crazy is it that God has lead this angel of a man my way whenever I've ever needed a towing.
