My car was slipping when it went to change gears because the previous owners hadn't changed the fluid in the 10 years they owned it before passing it down to me. The car has been running smooth as butter since I got it back and I feel a lot more confident driving to Orlando in a week for my birthday.

Mike F was the prime reason I left my car for service at AAMCO on Military Trail and Belvedere Road. When I called the shop the day before, he took his time asking me questions about problems I was experiencing and thoroughly explained what may be happening. Mike was able to get the car in the next day for a diagnostic and pinpointed the problems in great detail. Though the news on my car seemed like a lot to me that would ordinarily be discouraging, Mike brought out the positive points about my engine that helped me realize the situation could be far worse.

Mike is a standout professional who knows what he's talking about and how to treat customers. He even stayed a few minutes late so I could pick up my car. Mike is personable, detailed-oriented and went the extra mile to make me comfortable with having service completed at AAMCO. I didn't feel coerced or forced to choose AAMCO.

Based on the little time I spent at the shop, Mike was answering the phone, talking to the mechanics, handling customers in-person. He knows how to juggle yet give each attention. That's a skill in itself!

Great place for repairs. Been here multiple times, both times were pleasant. Both Kevin and Mike where very helpful and understanding. First time I was still under warranty for an issue, so I was told to take it to a dealer for repairs instead of going through aamco, which was nice of them to mention. Second time, I had an oil leak. Mike at the front desk was thorough and gave a detailed breakdown of what needed to be replaced. Even though the repair was more than both of us had initially expected, I think that it was a good thing I had gone to them sooner rather than later. I would highly recommend this location, and will be back (hopefully not though) for any future repairs. Cheers.

Went to go my ac checked and mike was able to help me out and found out that I need a new compressor and receiver dryer. He was able to get all installed and have my a/c ice cold the day after. Super nice guy and will be coming back

I have to respect a company that responds to each review whether good or bad and wants to maintain customer satisfaction. My husband had some issues with the work on his transmission but Aamco responded to our review and went over tooth and nail our concerns and took his car back in for a complete recheck and all is well. They even through in a couple free oil changes as restitution. We appreciate their concern for customer satisfaction and will return for future transmission or other car issues in the future. We stopped by Aamco to find out about a noise coming from the back of car. Mike had Jose take a look at it and determined that the problem was minor and didn't require the repairs we originally thought.

Based on Mike's integrity and that of his staff, I would HIGHLY recommend the business and plan to use it again in the future.

Went in with transmission issues and came out happy car works great got good advice and had my car riding smooth.professional And fast in and out service great costumer service friendly staff mr mike got all issues and worries out the window I recommend if anyone has transmission issues

We went yesterday, my brother and I to get the transmission fluid done on our father’s van, and omg we have never had an awesome customer service as what we got yesterday. Mike was the man of the hour when it came to the care of our dad’s van and our safety. Wish that wherever we go we can find great service like mike gave us yesterday. Believe me she. I say I am recommending this shop to allllll of our friends and family members. You can count on us to be your walking billboards.

Great service. Upfront with all issues and reasonably priced. Mike at front desk took good care of items plaguing my vehicle.

I think it's a scam that they would charge $101 just to have a look at the problem in my car, they did absolutely nothing but charged me so high. They told me that it would cost $3,500 to fix it which is a lot of freaking money so I requested to make monthly payments but they denied it and said I had to pay in full. When they gave me my car back they left my ac on full blast and my gas needle dropped several notches from where I last filled it up. Save your money and do not go here!

Very helpful been there twice within 2 months. Car fixed efficiently and correct came for two separate problems. Mike is awesome

Love these people here at AAMCO trust them most to fix any major issues I have. Mike helped me out alot with both my wife car and mines as well. Appreciate them.

Where to begin. Dont believe all these posts, Mike called me 3 times to make sure I posted a positive review. I refused. Thank heavens. Lets say, this is going to be a long drawn out recovery of my experience with WPB Ammco who refused to honor the warrenty btw and violeted a few other things we are dealing with now. Mike, you are likely reading this, Ammco Doesnt HAVE district supervisors overseeing your shop, you are a franchise. One of many false claims I was told. However his actions he claimed were based on a "supervisor" named Sam, good luck everyone and if you want to really see the reviews go to BBB or such sights and get the full scoop.

My car had some transmission problems and mr mike had it fixed in no time flat great costumer service fast in and out and my car never ran better

Mike was absolutely phenomenal in terms of customer service and how wuickly my car was handled. He worked with me on many occasions to ensure I would get my car back and my car has been excellent ever since. 10/10 would always recommend Mike.
