The whole team is outstanding! I needed two tires to be patched and an oil change. They got me in there first thing the next day and immediately got to work. In no time I was back on the road and prices were very reasonable.

My husband has been going to these guys for years (even back when they were known as Cottman) when his car had issues, so when my water pump decided to break on me (how rude!), I brought my car to them! The team at this shop are awesome. I had my car towed in on Thursday and I just got it back today (Tuesday) and it drives like it's new! I dealt mostly with Jake, who took the time to explain everything they were doing, why and how much it was going to be. I'm bringing my car to these guys from now on! Five out of five stars! =D

When to do a checkup to see what's happening with the transmission of my Nissan maxima 2001 the business owner checked it and Gave me excellent services, he was very honest and professional. Definitely recommend they are very helpful.

This used to be Cottman transmissions, and we had used them back before they became Aamco.

Phil and Jake are really personable, and you really feel like you have a friend doing the work for you.

We brought our truck into them recently when our transmission started slipping - just a couple of days before we needed to go out of town. There wasn't time for them to rebuild our transmission, but they were able to get us a new GM transmission with a full warranty, and get it installed in time for our trip. Our original transmission had very high mileage, so it was real peace of mind to get a new transmission installed.

This is the second time we've used this business, and since we tend to keep our cars for a long time, we'll probably use them again. They are always professional, caring, and give fast and efficient service.

I have been there couple of times in the past 3 years and I am satisfied with their exemplary work. Their transmission service, mechanical work, and ethics are unmatched. The front office is extremely clean to seat while they are working on your car or signing work agreements. Phil, and his crew are very friendly. They will never pressure you or force you to sign any work order, before they explain repair cost what your vehicle needs and how long it takes to complete the work. I trust them to work on any of my cars. Their service is guaranteed with their brand AAMCO, committed to excellence. I recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of car repair, and I will continue to tell people about them in the future. All of that being said, they are industry standard and you may pay little more here than other mom and pop shops, but you will get a team of dedicated professionals who will bend over backwards to help you get answers for all repair questions you may have, and they will take the time to happily explain everything that needs to be done, and will stand by their work. In my opinion, they are well worth the price and the time.

In this day and age, it's hard to find an "honest" repair shop that you can really trust. I stumbled across them last year and used them based on their reviews and to my surprise, the reviews were actually spot on. Got my car fixed for a bit of severe vibration that popped up out of the blue. What a bunch of nice and genuine folks who run this venture at this Fern Park location. Rather than writing a lengthy comment lets just say that I look forward to my car breaking down next time LOL.

Top Quality service done by Phil, Jake and the team. My car was having transmission issues for over a year and I was hesitant on taking it to multiple shops but thank god I found this place because they did a awesome job on my car and I plan on returning for multiple occasions.

I've had my transmission rebuilt by them, and I came in one morning for the 10-day inspection after it was done with a spare tire on. I had patched the tire, but i needed to fill it up with Air, put it back on, and was planning to wait until i went home to do it. Phil asked me what was going on with the tire and replaced it for me while they inspected the transmission. My MPG actually went up by 8 miles after they rebuilt the transmission.
I came in again recently because the maintenance due soon mesaage appeared on screen in my car, and it tells me what's due. I was due for an oil change, tires rotation, and coolant flush
Phil came out to the car with me to check under the hood. He explained the differences in oil color, the coolant levels, and reserve so I could see for myself when they checked it. He hadn't looked at my car yet at this point

He showed me the oil color, and that did need changing, so we did that, but didn't try and get me to do all of the work immediately as i was waiting until my taxes.
He also cleaned off some corrosion on my battery terminal and said they'd be happy to check it for me when I came back for the coolant.
I've had my car for 5 years. Never once have i gone in for routine maintenance or an issue where someone wasn't trying to scam me. Including a car shop that said my back brake pads were almost completely worn out and the rotors were warped. Except the back tires on my car used drums, not rotors and pads.

This Aamco is the only shop I've ever been to that has shown me the process and has always been upfront. Never tried to upsell me, worked with my schedule, and gone the extra mile for me. I don't trust anyone else to touch my car, and I will gladly go to them for any maintenance needed for the rest of my life. They even send thank you cards to their customers!
