Aaron's, Orange City FL

They say you don't need no credit but you do when you go in there they want people back where you're running from to be on the lease agreement which is complete broad I would not do business with these people I've done it in the past with no issues but no more

I contacted Aarons to verify the item that I wanted was in stock and was told yes. I completed my order online and called the next morning and expressed that I needed the item the same day for my new job and if it wasn’t possible then to cancel my order. I was told that they had to wait for the truck to arrive to see if my item was on the truck and would call me back to confirm if it could be delivered. If my item was in stock why would I have to wait for the truck to arrive? Nobody ever called me back so I called to cancel my order and refund my money. I was then told I had to call customer service to cancel and for a refund. I called customer service waited 50 min to speak to a representative to be told the store has to cancel and process refund. I had the customer service representative call the store directly with me on the line to avoid the back and forth and the store doesn’t answer. The representative sends an email and I call the store back to advise them of the email now I’m being told I have to drive to the store for a refund! Now I’m out of money and lost my job. I’m beyond angry!

Christina cancelled my order before addressing her concerns with me and my husband. Had she called me to inform what i had to do before she cancelled i would have most defiently followed through but because she had cancelled it already i will not use Aarons this time around. What a shame, it was the same merchandise i once had and we were planning on paying it off early. Oh well. I had 2 whole bedroom sets paid off through Aarons if i want it i would continue to pay for it if not come get it. We will go else where. The guys at this store are amazing and always have been but ive been getting this lady ever since she got there and every experience with her is unpleasent.

Everyone is friendly and willing to work with you. They greet you when you come in and are knowledgeable about your history with them.

All the mangers are very curiosity and nice. All the delivery guys are very respectable. The furniture quality is nice. I will always deal with Aaron's for furniture especially when they make me feel like I am at home. My wife and children are please with their furniture as well. I would recommend anyone to buy anything from them. I really appreciate their services

Aarons is everywhere. But the Excellent, unwavering & consistent level of customer service is only at my Orange City location.the ENTIRE STAFF is kind, very helpful and informative about all products & services. Thanks.they keep me coming back!

This is a great store and has an excellent staff! More reasonable than others and easy to do business with. I'm a long time customer and have nothing but praise for Orange City Aaron's.

I just went in to see what they had at this location. We have made many purchases here and at the Deland location. They may be a bit more than the other furniture stores but they also fix everything as long as you lease it

Great customer service. Nery was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We went in at 11 and had our washer delivered at 3 the same day. Delivery guys were nice and helpful also. The whole process was super easy. Thanks!
