I had a wonderful experience the manager Derek was awesome I had to give my son game back due to hard times and he worked out a deal so that I can finish paying for my son game which helps a lot because my son has adhd and his game is the only thing that helps keep him calm at times so he was definitely a blessing to my family. Thank you Derek ️

My family is so grateful for this store and especially Maria. She is professional, helpful, and has our best interest at heart! She should be the one to train others on how to put the customer first and how to treat customers. It is because of her that we have been able to furnish our forever home with top quality items. As long as she is there we will always come back!

Love how the store has changed appearance ans staff is all friendly and so glad Eddie and Maria are still there. They have always been nice to me even when I have been late on a payment it has never felt like a burden. Maria always gets me exactly what I need when I call and makes it so convenient for me save the hassle of stepping out of my home. Keep being great.

Rude on the phone they know it's crazy out here and they act like they do not understand we all going thru tough times! I would not recommend this store to anyone! And I am. A Veteran! It was a female associate who is very rude! Your Company Will get their Payment!

The workers there are so rude and bad customer service skills I would not recommend no one to that store

They charging 1,800 for a 65 inch used tv and used PlayStation dont rent from there people they will put you in a trap

This store very clean but the only one I could take outta the store is Joel and another worker cause they have one Andovar he always has a attitude. I’m sorry but Aaron’s need instead of calling for payment all the time make sure who ever work for yah company treat customer with respect and profesional.not everyone can’t be a manager if they don’t have patience they should be delivery ppl just because they have a position they could treat ppl like garbage money don’t grow from the tree. It’s been work so we could get attitude pure attitude they should start putting new employee.

Extremely bad customer service, my wife and I never felt more humiliated, and offended by two employees of this location on OBT, they lied right in our own faces. We were treated like criminals. Mr. E was extremely rude and offensive towards my wife and I, and an employee named M.who also lied. I never will recomend this location. I've been a customer of Aaron's for over 10 years. And never been treated so extremely bad.

Horrible customer service! We bout a couch 4 days ago and when it was supposed to get delivered to our home they told us the couch wouldn’t fit up our stairs WITHOUT EVEN TRYING! We had to cancel everything and now are left without a couch

Great people first off. But the Best about Aaron's is you get great merchandise from them. I have no reason to lie I been buying from Aaron's stores for more than 30 yrs now. I started buying from then in wi. Then Ny.now Fl. So try it they fit your wallet.

I have gotten a couple of things from here. The staff is friendly and as long you communicate with them they work with you. Great prices and products:)

We have used this store a few times and have never had a problem. They have quality products and decent prices for a rent to own store. They have worked with us on a couple of occasions when we had to delay a payment. The 90 days same as cash is a good program.
