This store in casselberry fl asked when you want the auto payment to come out. Then when you tell them they take it out as much as a week early. Say they will fix it but never do. Manage is very un professional! And more then that RUDE!

Very bad customer service extremely unprofessional especially the new management i do not recommend anybody to purchase anything at tht particular store the store management mark have a very nasty mouth if you don't believe me I have recordings of him at my door step if u value your time and money like I do go to rooms to go

I went in for bedroom furniture to buy outright. They didn't have much available, and nothing in white, which is what I want. The manager called the outlet in Daytona for me, but they were sold out of bedroom furniture. So he gave me suggestions of other stores to try. My mom was with me and asked about leather sectionals in specific colors for her house. Aaron's doesn't carry them, but the manager did some research online and gave her suggestions, and even took the time to explain what bonded leather was, and pros and cons, as well as microfiber, even though he knew he wasn't going to make a sale from either of us. I was SO impressed with the customer service. I wish I could give them my business, because they sure did deserve it!

This is the worst store that i have been in and they keep changing you account even when the product is paid off and give you the run around about returning the money.

I want to say super THANK YOU to Noel for going above and beyond for me. He really went above and beyond for me and the furniture is super beautiful.
I highly recommend Noel to everyone, very down to earth and nicest guy ever. Is good to know that their is still people like Noel that go above and beyond. Super Thank You Noel! The delivery was awesome and Jose and his partner were great. I will always be an Aaron's girl. Stay blessed!

During this pandemic it was obvious the delivery date would be pushed out. Its like that everywhere. We have tried multiple furniture stores and Aarons (specifically Mitzi) came through for us. We ordered the bedroom set of my dreams and Mitzi didn't give up on us. She was so patient and courteous with me. It was almost like she was going through all this with me. She was on top of my order THE ENTIRE TIME! I couldn't be more grateful for the staff at the casselberry location. Their customer service in impeccable. They truly do care! And to top it off, I never felt like a burden. Thank you Mitzi and team! I couldn't be happier with the service and product. You guys are amazing.

I originally called to check to see they had the laptop I wanted. I applied and got approved for a lower amount than I needed. After about 30 minutes of not finding something comparable - I thought I was going to have to give up.

However, the manager at this location was able to get me what I wanted at a good price!

I'm very pleased with my experience at Aarons. I WILL be going back!

Where shall I begin? Our brand new washer and dryer both stopped working.

First the washer stopped working, then a few weeks later our dryer went out.

Dennis the general manager at Aaron’s didn’t have a tech available so he took it upon himself to repair the washer in my home.

An hour later my attempt to wash a load of clothes was unsuccessful.

I immediately contacted Dennis via phone to inform him that the washer wasn’t fixed. Dennis became extremely frustrated with my concern. He Immediately went in defense mode. He completely flew off the handle, yelled at me, accused me of wrongdoing then placed me on hold. Within minutes Dennis returned to the phone. He switched from rudeness to gratitude within a matter of seconds. My mouth dropped, I couldn’t believe what just happened. Eventually a brand new washer machine was delivered to my home.

My second encounter with Dennis was a TOTAL NIGHTMARE. Today, I drove to Aaron’s and spoke with a kind lady named Maribel. I explained to her that the brand new dryer delivered to my home yesterday has dents, white marks, doesn't dry our clothes completely, and makes loud helicopter noises.

Dennis immediately storms out of his office to interrupt our conversation. In front of all of his coworkers, Dennis yells and screams at me from the top of his lungs for reporting my concerns. I Informed Dennis that I already reported this incident to corporate and will follow up with them concerning today’s encounter.

Several hours later, Dennis called to tell me that a brand new dryer will arrive tomorrow, he then followed up with an apology to cover himself. When I didn’t accept his apology he concluded with an argument.

My suggestion is this please don’t do business with Dennis the general manager at Arrons, spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

After reading a few reviews, I TOTALLY AGREE THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST ARRONS IN THE WORLD! This man is hurting this companies morale.

Dennis is downright arrogant, rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. He’s a BULLY! The way that he treated me was very unacceptable. He humiliated me in front of his coworkers and left me in tears. I’ve never been treated like this before nor do I want other customer to experience what I’ve been through. I will make sure that this matter is investigated.

Staff was super helpful and friendly. They answered all our questions and got answers for the ones they didnt know off the top of their heads. They worked with us to get the best price. We needed a laptop and they listened to our needs and didn't try to upsell us. They were wonderful and I definitely reccomend them.

I love my store in Casselberry! Great staff! I got my 47in Tv, washer & dryer, bedroom set and just finished payments on my livingroom set now i need a recliner. Next!

The Casselberry store is AMAZING. I love Aaron's in general and have done business with several locations. They've all been great but I really love dealing with the Casselberry store. Dennis is by far thee best store manager you could ever come across. You can tell he cares about his store and his customers. I had some difficult times lately and he's just been so kind and compassionate. I love the whole staff. Maribel is so helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to the products. The delivery guys are always respectful and I enjoy working with them all. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this team.

My name is Maria. I have been a customer of this location for like 6 years. I have purchased may things. The management and the staff are very nice. They are always so very awesome about working with me and doing what they can to help me. I have had them on many occasions go out of their way for me. I never have a problem with the items i purchase and if i do they make it right. All around I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Great store great staff!

Highly recommend! We went in found a couch we liked but unfortunately it was already sold so Monica and the manager called another store and got us our couch the other store didn’t want to give it up but they convinced them to let us have it they even drove to Daytona beach just to get it and had it delivered in record time! We can’t thank y’all enough! Really great service and nice employees!

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST ARRONS IN THE WORLD! Don't ever buy from this place because all they do is lie and add on fees. I went to go make my normal payments and they were trying to make me pay 1 1/2 payment. Then they added on a crap load of fees and I was current on my payments.

Great service, Great manager. My 70 inch tv had green lines on the screen.after a few days I called the store and the manager right away sent me a new tv. Very attentive!

It was all good until i made a payment which i was told was $53. N some change.i went to check my account today and i was charge $75 bucks like really? And i usually very an email receipt and didnt get one this time.calling bank to reverse payment and return item.i dont like sneaky things, says a lot!
