Worst place ever. The associates lie straight to your face and to be quite honest seem very unknowledgeable about what they are renting. Do yourself a favor and go to buddy buy rites.
Wow does not cut it. I am a R. A. C person since my 20s I'm 47 now n just went to Aaron's met the manager what a great guy understood me witch is very hard to do and the driver Tony that man. The way he represented himself let alone the company he worked for remarkable. The knowledge as we talk for the few mins the rain was passing made me feel like I knew him my whole life. I so regret not doing business with this company n having to deal with all the b.s from rent a center for all these years.thanks Tony of everything I truly hope this is a start to a new friendship and business that will last for a lifetime.
Don't ever be late with your payments, they will literally show up at your house at 8pm "just to ask" when you're just 10 days behind. Still called bright and early the next morning too.
Starting that very first day you're payment is late, they will call you 2 or 3 times a day about it. Even if you tell them every single call when you plan on making your payment, they're always right there.
I understand they have a job to do, but this is like hounding. When they come out to your house at 8pm to just ask about your bill.wow. I almost want to return the unit just to not have to deal with the extreme correspondence.

Didn't get a call back from the store for a push mower that I ordered on Sunday and noone called me yesterday for confirmation
They had some huge man show up at my door banging at 830 at night I have 2 children under two, and he woke them up. I have never had an account with Aaron’s or anything to do with rental anything at Aaron’s. Very unprofessional.
One star which is not deserved make a payment and arrangements while in the hospital with COVID and they just keep on harassing people come home still at my door like quarantine does not matter or my health for that matter. These people are horrible this business is a disgrace.
If your looking for someone with good customer service, I suggest Never renting with this Aaron’s. The girl working there, Oddesy, or whatever her name is, gave me an open box item and tried telling me it was brand new although it had multiple scratches and came from the floor. I returned the item and they still charged me the bi weekly payment amount out of my account and I was told that since it was a Saturday the GM would have to process the refund Monday. Well Monday came along and no phone call or anything. I reached out today, was told that the General manager was unable to take the call right now and someone would call me later. No one called me today, I had to follow up again and was told “ Well my General manager processed the refund today so is there anything else we can do for you. ” When asking why no one contacted me yesterday the excuse was because no one worked yesterday and proceeded to tell me that it was taken care of today. Lack of communication and very unprofessional people. Will NEVER rent with them again and highly recommend everyone to stay as far away from this place as you possibly could.
Worst experience nobody communicates with each other and they seem to have no idea how to run a store. Very inconvenient for the customer
I would like to change my last review.but since i can't seem to edit it.i will just say to anyone who may read it.i was wrong.about everything i wrought.accept the delivery guys there great.and if you do decide to rent from them.make sure you ask about there return policy.and if you do decide to cancel your lease.make sure you protect your debit card.cause they will charge you anyway.this place is poorly run.and the girl that answer s the phone is very rude.there other places better.and cheaper.
Customer service is outstanding. The prices are somewhat high. The products are REALLY GOOD. I've been a customer for YEARS and will continue as long as they are open
I've had a lot of problems with now, a second refrigerator. The first one they sent a Samsung repair guy out three times, on the 4th time he said he didn't know what was wrong with it. Now we bought a second refrigerator and we've had it maybe a month. It started to smell RANCID. I took everything out of it, cleaned and sterilized it. It still smells every time you open the door. I have 3 big boxes of baking soda for refrigerator/freezer boxes in it.it still smells rancid. We went to Aaron's today, they said they'd send a guy out, I have no clue when. We were told they'd call them on Monday, because they're closed on weekends. The guy said he hadn't heard of any other problems. I did a Google search and showed him pages of the same problems. I'm at my wits end with the way business is conducted at this store.
Was shopping for washers and dryers. Decent selection, not extensive. They rent to own as well as buy outright.
This place has to be the best place around.there prices are out of this world.and there service is outstanding.we feel like family with wonderful people.we can't say enough.and there delivery drivers are so polite and friendly they are more then welcome in our home.so caring i honered to call them brother.how we do have one request of them to maybe even increase there business.if they could start reporting our payments to the credit Bureau that would be positive credit for us and would help build our credit scores.because one of the reasons people shop at rental places is because they either don't have good credit or don't have the money to buy these things out in cash.so please think about it.otherwise keep up the wonderful work your doing.
They dont know how to treat employees send there delivery drivers to move fridges up steps big couches and move bedroom sets upstairs with no help and when you call for help its ask the customer to help you very unprofessional and unorganized store if yall want to go to a good store for good custom service and ppl who take pride in there work go to the store on us 19 by Marnie parkway
Store is always immaculate and well kept, The customer service is always top notch. Joey helped me through the process and made it fast and easy. Good store.
I've been using Aarons (and referring them) for over 18 years, all across the country. This specific time at this specific location, just lost my business for life.
They move fees around without agreements, they don't call you. They couldn't keep their word to fix the equipment purchased, which is new. And instead of finding ways to make it workout, they did whatever it took simply to SCAM ME for every penny. Not the same Aarons I had used there in the previous years. Sad.
If you need good quality furniture or appliances and some electronic items and are low on funds but want to spread the purchase over time. This is the best bang for a buck
