Aastra Women's Center, Plantation FL

It was my first time being pregnant and subsequently my first abortion. So undoubted I didn’t have a clue as to what I was doing. The people I spoke to on the phone to make the appointment were nice and knowledgeable and made me an appointment for the very next morning. I went to the Tamarac location and all the nurses and so nice and very informative. A fair warning this location is Busy! I did not get my procedure done for a while but as busy as it was when I arrived in the A. M.it’s understandable.

But this place is definitely worth the wait. It was super clean all around the the Doctor was really really gentle and super nice. I was nervous about the pain after the procedure but it was almost nil. At first it felt like strong period cramps but the pain lessened on its own without me taking my pain meds in about an hr after I woke up.

I would recommend this place to any woman young or old in need of help. Also the price was right. I originally planned to go to planned parenthood but I am so lucky to have a friend recommend this place and I’m so happy I listened.

These girls are awsome.makes u feel family no judges in there. The Dr was nice too.wish I can give them million of Star's great place

My experience here was good. Dr Rodriguez was nice spoke you through the procedure and most of the women help put your mind at ease. It was Minimal pain and discomfort. I’m happy i chose this facility

If you’re looking for a place in miami to get the procedure done i’d highly recommend aastras women clinic, the employees here are very kind and caring trying to make the process as easy and comfortable (and pretty quick) as possible, i’m grateful/glad i chose here

Everyone in there is super sweet and they take really good care of you. And will answer all your question! Best place to come to.

DO NOT go here. What a nightmare the last couple of months have been for me. I truly do not understand how they have such good reviews. So I went here to have a surgical abortion done. After my abortion some time went by and I was having bleeding that was getting heavier and pain that was not going away. I called them (about 2 weeks after my procedure) they told me to come in for a check up to make sure everything is okay. They examined me, gave me an ultrasound, and took my blood to make sure I was not pregnant still. They told me I was fine from the ultrasound and that I would have my blood results in a few days. Later that day I ended up in the hospital with excruciating pain. Where I was told I had an incomplete abortion and there was still contents from the pregnancy left inside of me. Which obviously was an extremely emotional and physically painful experience. I ended up going somewhere else in Tamarac that was amazing and had to have a second procedure done. Oh and not to mention my blood was testing positive still for pregnancy and Aastra women’s center never even called me with my results. Do not go here. It has left me emotionally scarred. Please find somewhere else to go it’s not worth the risk! It’s been a couple of months and I am still dealing with the emotional pain of this and traumatized everytime I feel a pain down there. Save yourself the risk and just find somewhere better

This office is honestly worth 10 Stars there's honestly nothing negative I could say about this office from the doctors to the nurses they all were amazing I feel right at home in as if I was speaking to friends and family instead of nurses and doctors I've never felt so comfortable in this type of atmosphere before the doctor in his office is truly amazing he's so patient the sweetest doctor ever I can't remember all the nurses names but all you ladies I truly amazing very professional and they just made it so comfortable and that much easier to go through and deal with thank you so much I know you guys go through a lot with the protesters in all but it's still great to see that you haven't let that affect the way you work and handle your patience I appreciate it each and every last one of you for all your help and guidance and great conversations I don't know the doctor name so I'mma call you Grandpa thank you Grandpa you are amazing at what you do and you always make me feel comfortable and that everything is going to be alright I honestly can't thank you guys enough and I really appreciate the amazing service you gave me peace and love to you all thank you

The best clinic trust me when I say they’re so sweet and AMAZING! The doctor himself is so nice! We hugged after my surgery! It was completely painless I was sleep during the entire thing! I’ve been here twice wouldn’t recommend anybody else they really do care about they’re patients!

I didnt even get a chance to make an appointment cause they had me on hold for almost 15 minutes. Everytime i call they put me on hold. This is ridiculous.

I just left with a wonderful experience the woman there are so friendly, helpful and kind I with being back to continue getting my check ups her and my birth control this is the place to go as a female you just feel no judgment and safe!

They are fantastic they are very nicely friendly patience high recommended. I love the manger she helped me so much it was great experience with them they take a little long but is worth it

Thankyou so much to everyone working here this experience was really hard and emotional but everyone working here made it easier and there was no judgement just understanding and supportive staff and I really appreciated that.
If you’re ever in this hard situation the aastra women’s center is honestly the most discreet and best place to handle this.

The ladies here made me feel so comfortable with my decision. This place is clean, friendly and they Cater to the needs of their clients. Thank you so much great service and great staff.

LIES. As a nurse myself. I don't know what that other girl is referring too. It Most definitely sound's like she had a personal problem. I mean I had an amazing experience they explained everything crossed all T's and dotted all I's. It was small and quite. I wouldn't want to be exploited in a well open area. The location is great. As a pose to the location on oakland park. If this was my last resort then it was paradise. Thank you girls for the care and support you all provided You cant make us all happy. But I personally appreciate the care I was given.

When I first arrived it wasn't as discreet as people made it out to be. When I arrived I felt like I was at a half way house may be because they were busy or what not but the MA missed my veins twice and I have great veins, so the doctor had to do it which he used no gloves and I HAD TO ASK HIM TO USE IT a nurse student myself that was a turn off to me. When I went back the next day to pick up my pills she had no idea who I was and wanted to give me the wrong ones until I had to clarify who and what I was there for mind you she got loud with me because I should concern for her not knowing who I was an I asked clarification on how to use the pill she screamed it loud enough for those in the waiting room to hear regardless if some of us are here for the same reason there is a line of respect that must be demanded. All in all I feel as an African American supporting other businesses predominantly black they did not have any professionalism and I feel more as if I'm a number "I get it you see women in and 0ut of the place but for some this is a delicate situation and we our all here for different reasons. SO IT'S A NO FOR ME THEY WERE MY LAST RESORT AND WILL NEVER BE AN OPTION AGAIN. DO YOUR RESEARCH AND KEEP SEARCHING FOR QUALITY INSTEAD OF A PLACE TREATING YOU LIKE QUANITY. I NEVER WROTE A REVIEW ON A PLACE BUT I'M REALLY TRYING TO PROTECT A FEW THA WILL LISTEN THANK YOU. IF you read this please do better.
