These company us the the worst company y to look for any of their services. They are continuously lying to you. We brought documents at 2 pm and for 3 hours have been giving us the same answer every time we ask (the lady is already coming). Maybe she went to china to get the papers we needed. Don’t waste your time go directly to to the office yourself it will be cheaper and you will have it without having to wait. They only thing they do is charge u more and you need to wait until they want to work to get the documents.
Super bad services everything they do they do it wrong never going back. The lady is disrespectful
