Excellent Service, Superior Technicians and Great Prices.

I am writing this review because Abaco Air Experts are true experts.

I called on Friday, and they had someone out on Saturday morning! They kept me informed of their progress, provided proof of their activity to resolve the issue and came in under the quoted price.

The technicians were knowledgeable and professional.

In today’s market, it’s sometimes difficult to identify quality companies. Don’t be fooled by the advertisements these other AC companies run on TV.trust this review, and do yourself and your wallet a favor by calling these guys.

This is a true story. No lies. No exaggerations.

A week or so ago I had an ecobee4 thermostat installed by John. He was on time, called me to keep me aware of his ETA.when he came to my door he politely introduced himself, put on shoe coverings each and every time he entered my house. He installed this device quickly and professionally. He did and excellent job and is an excellent representative of your company. If all employees are like John, I highly recommend them.

OK last night it was really cold and when I get home at 4: 58 pm my thermostat is blank.no nothing. I call Abaco and 30 minutes later Al the owner shows up. Its a wire to my heat strips that fried. 10 minutes he has it fixed and the heat is back on. From my initial call in to Al leaving my house was less than 60 minutes! Great service. Call Abaco.

Al came in, ran over all my options and what I could afford, applied for financing and waited approval. Later that evening Al called back with approval and him and his team came back the next day and installed my new A/C. Good guys, good company.

Al fixed my air conditioning unit on very short notice, and he was courteous and efficient. He showed me all that had gone wrong, explained it very well, and (luckily) had all the parts needed to fix this old air conditioner! My air has not worked this well in the two years I have lived in my apartment. I'm very happily freezing right now. I would highly recommend this service.

Al was very fast in responding to our call for service for one of our commercial properties. He went above and beyond what was needed. Friendly, very knowledgeable and you can't beat the price for the service provided. We will definitely call on him again.

These guys are amazing. The day before Hurricane Irma, when everyone else said they were closed, these guys came out within an hour of me calling to fix my unit. I have 2 toddlers and a dog dying of cancer, and they saved me. I will now be a customer for life.

They responded to my request very quickly. Showed up first thing the next day and expertly fixed the problems with our AC systems. What more can you ask?
