ABC Supply Co. Inc., Haines City FL

Went in a month ago for mule hide. The guy at the counter said they were out and would be ordering some more and it should be in by the end of the week. Went back in last week and the guy said oh they still haven't ordered any. The guy who does the ordering hasn't gotten around to it. I can not believe that he was just so uncaring about this. I am gonna do some research and find out how I can get some from someplace else. I guess ABC has made enough money because they obviously don't care or want my money. So disappointed with them. Over priced supplies there anyhow. Shame on you ABC supply. Not only am I doing a review and an honest one, I will review you on all platforms. This is your job when you say something and don't follow through you are not doing as you said you would.

About a month ago we called for a quote- got it. We experienced trouble with a permit so called back to ABC SUPPLY after a month. Was told that we could not pay over the phone. Drove to Haines City with credit card-was told that "I'm not his only customer? " I said but you asked for payment in person? Was then told metal would be about 2 weeks out - ok. Lowes had a question if we could use pt or reg wood- they answered. 2 weeks passed nothing so my husband called regarding delivery- he said 1/2 came in- ok. Then he said DO NOT CALL ME I'LL CALL YOU? Rude service. The next week got a call for delivery- Tuesday between 8- noon- ok- waited and waited. 5: 15 got a call not enough drivers? So no call all day? I said you knew thus at 8am - why didn't you just call? Wednesday got another call around 1pm- delivery between 2-3: 30. Brett came 3: 30 and was very kind - my intentions were to not tip him but I can't fault him for the company's rude behavior- POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Nice staff, load you up really fast and have a lot of room for you to pull off to side and strap your load down.

Worst place to try and buy if you are a cash walk in I feel greatly discriminated they only focused on the big guys and not smalls.

Amazing customer service! Not only kind in person but over the phone too. I mean. Kurtis was able to understand my order better than me. He knew exactly what I needed, with my very poor terminology. Then when I stopped by to pay, he was super friendly and so everyone else. They even took time to talk with my young daughter, and paid attention to what she said. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

A neighbor used this company for their new roof. The crew blocked off the entire roadway and multiple residents could not pass to get home. They then verbally instructed multiple drivers to drive up on another resident’s lawn! This is incredibly dangerous and unprofessional. We have had many roofing companies in our development over the years and never have I seen a single one block the road so traffic could not pass. One man from the crew who moved the cones acted as if residents trying to return home at 5pm was an incredible nuisance, and we were in the wrong for trying to pass! They also blew the horn of the giant truck through the entire neighborhood. The unprofessionalism is astounding
