4Came to look at properties here. The maintenance of the water features and lakes is absolutely horrific. The disgusting dead material that covers the surface makes this would-be idyllic community a place that I would never live. Made me think the property manager doesn't care and just wants to collect a check, so sad when there is so much potential in this otherwise nice community. If you're reading this and are considering a purchase, buyer beware. If you're reading this and you manage the place, you should be deeply ashamed. Photos attached:
Very nice community, well kept, and residents and office staff are very friendly
We visited friends. Lots of amenities. Everything well kept and security at the gate. Great area to walk or ride your bike.
Beautiful community. I saw about 13 turkeys. The were just outside the window.
