I could hardly walk when I arrived, Ability gave me confidence and ability to handle my neck n lower back pain. They taught me proper stretching techniques and the ability to use the movements I thought I lost. Their ability to motivate and uplift your mental capacity was quite unbelievable, I am not cured as their is none but I feel now I can handle my discomfort with grace n ease, I was extremely impressed and very Thankful, Thank you and God Bless. Austin and his team at Ability are phenomenal! From the moment you walk in the door until you leave, the entire experience is personable and fantastic. You are greeted with kindness, and treated with compassion and care at every session. Other therapy centers “treat” you while simultaneously working on other patients. But at Ability you are treated one on one. Austin is very knowledgeable and is great at showing you and explaining what you need to do and is great at setting expectations and goals to succeed. As a physician I have always known the importance of therapy, but now having been a patient I know the importance of a good therapist. I would highly recommend Austin and Ability rehabilitation to all my friends, family and future patients.

My husband and then my daughter were both treated with Austin and his team. They were great, very pleasant and easy to work with. My daughter never felt intimidated or uncomfortable. It was a pleasure to call to schedule an appointment or ask a question and just a great experience all around.

If you are broken, Austin can fix you. Went to a few other places, no progress, after a few sessions with Austin, felt like my old self again. Can't say enough good things. And that positivity he exudes is nice bonus.

Austin, Tanya and Salina are absolutely wonderful. I suffer from back and hip problems and the therapy they provide is OUTSTANDING. My back is getting stronger and stronger everyday and it’s all thanks to Austin and Tanya. Highly recommend. Salina is so welcoming and accommodating on the phones. Together all 3 make this center the best in Sanford. Thank you guys

Demands students coming in to shadow/observe PT work to do unrelated work (cleaning) for free. Turned me off and never went back. I’ve observed multiple PT’s & OT’s and this is the only place that has ever not ask but tell me to do things that they are responsible for. I would recommend observing somewhere else or at least not this Sanford/Lake Mary location.

Wonderful staff, Austin and Tayna are fantastic therapists who are very concerned for your health and well being and very nice people. Celena the lady at the front desk is a very kind person who is always ready to help you.

I was referred to Ability Rehab on Lake Mary Blvd in Sanford for P/T for a frozen shoulder. This condition improves slowly & it takes a loooong time to completely go away. Yet, I started feeling better with each session. From the beginning they got me going on that road to recovery. Austin & Tonya set up various in-office & at-home routines for me. They are knowledgeable, we're very supportive & encouraging. Selena, the office assistant & 3rd member of the team, keeps the front end under control with a warm & friendly smile. I definitely recommend this office should you too need help.

My experience with Austin and Tanya was very successful at the Ability Rehabilitation. Both Physical Therapist are very hard workers who took great interest with their patients.
