My daughter has been coming here for over a year and they are great! The staff is very accommodating and have helped me several times with my little girl’s glasses when they need to be replaced.

Terrible! If I could give zero star I would. From the day they called me to ask for insurance information, they could not find the coverage and demanded that I had to physically bring the card on the day of the appointment. When I made the appointment they asked me if I wanted to go to their offices in Miami or Hollywood, I asked for the one in Miami but they didn't give me the exact address, on the day of the appointment I called and no one answered, I looked for the address and the one they have on Google is your old address. When I managed to talk to someone they told me they would only give me 15 additional minutes, I explained the situation that I consider to be their fault, I arrived at their new location and obviously they did not want to assist me. From day 1 it was a disaster with these people, thank goodness my son was not treated here as there were thousands of other doctors with an excellent work team.

The eye exam went well and the office was very welcoming. I had a problem with my contacts getting delivered. After reaching out, Kathia at the Sweetwater location was awesome in getting this problem solved.

Very happy with my glasses, thanks to Betty and Carlos for helping choose the right lens and frames for me. Would definitely recommend.

We came in to get our eye exam done! The dr. Raul Cordova went above and beyond and took extra time to make sure my prescription was on point and made me feel like I found a great doctor! Someone who took their time with my eyes and concern. Betty helped us with glasses and made it so smooth for us! I recommend this place!

I had a great experience at this ophthalmologist's office when I brought my son for his appointment. The facility is exceptionally clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The doctor (Dr. Bach) is truly amazing; he takes his time to see each patient thoroughly. The only downside was the wait time, as it felt like they scheduled everyone at the same time, resulting in a crowded waiting area. Despite that, I wholeheartedly recommend this office primarily because of the outstanding care provided by the doctor.

The Dr. In Doral is really good, but I won’t be going back because the phone system that they have is horrible. Someone in another part of the world is the one that answers the phone for them and then they return the call after 24 hours. So far I haven’t been able to order my contacts because they have not returned my call. The person that answered my called said that they’re are very busy with other customers. So far 48 hours and waiting. Why they don’t have people answering in the office and placing orders?

The location information was incorrectly sent to the email, so when I arrived I couldn't find the office, I tried to communicate and even after a long time a man answered me who was very rude in his attention. I will not request any service from this place again.

They are very rude in their way of answering the phone. They should assign people there who know about customer service and not rude people.

Dr. Bach is an amazing knowledgeable doctor. He explained clearly the diagnosis and best treatment options to help me. The office is very nice and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Loved that I was able to get a quick appointment for a time sensitive issue. Highly recommend!
